HORRIBLE!! This was the worst experience ever and I hope nobody wastes money here! I had called right when they opened at 10am and I talked to a guy and told him that I wanted a bed and I paid for it and he said it was the same day delivery no matter what! That sounded pretty reassuring! So we talked for a couple minutes then he said that he would call 15 minutes before he came out here and then hung up! UM HELLO!!!! DONT YOU WANT MY ADDRESS FIRST! DONT YOU WANT MY NUMBER! I called back and said um didnt you want my address he said oh yeah ok. So I told him all that and BTW we have been sleeping on two foam mattresses for 2 years and so I had already thrown it out thinking we were getting one and I was getting so excited and for spending 199.99 I was thrilled that my fiancee and I would finally be able to sleep comfortably. 4 hours pass....5 hours pass....7 HOURS PASS! I was getting REALLY upset! I called them and they said well its not being delivered today the guy said it would be delivered when its delivered! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! NO HE DIDNT HE SAID SAME DAY DELIVERY! THATS WHY I DONT HAVE A BED! Then I call and want a refund and he says I have to drive all the way down there to get my refund! I hope nobody comes here and I wasted so much time with this run around crap! Please nobody shop there, its such a waste of time and money and the customer service is AWFUL!! Thanks to BEDS FOR LESS Im now sleeping on a floor! DISSATISFIED!!!!

very great service and friendly people.ive been buying my furniture for the past 5years.they always point you the the best quality for ur $$$. The mattress i bought is still like new best sleep ever ..i believe i bought air spring mattress also has a 10year warranty wich im sure it will surpass tht because its been about 4 years nd still like new ....would highly recommend BEDS 4 LESS. great deals,great people,great furniture.what else do u want

Very happy with my new furniture. Awesome quality for a price you just cant beat. Just moved into my new home and I found everything I needed at Beds4Less. Even had prompt next day delivery. Very respectful employees, and to top it off, they assembled all my new stuff quickly AND cleaned up after themselves! lol definitely will be a return customer.
