I do significant research into products before I walk onto a showroom floor, so I usually feel reasonably knowledgable when it comes to pricing, features, etc. I also always go to multiple stores and play one off the other to get the best price, especially on large / expensive items. That said, Ive wound up dealing with LH Brubaker multiple times over the last 2 years and have always been happy. I shopped around (even out of county) and their prices were always competitive and they usually (not always) meet or beat any legitimate price I brought them. I bought a Samsung fridge on sale and at a terrific discount that the Big-Box stores in town could not beat (I tried). They installed a huge water heater for me (which required moving it over hardwood floors and down stairs into a basement) and the job was done professionally, on time, and with no damage to walls or floor. On the other hand, I wound up buying a Samsung Washer and Dryer from Best-Buy. Based on my experiences, I will always at least give them a shot at my business. Their Strasburg Pike Showroom is one of the best for appliances in the County, and features plenty of very high-end brands such as Miele, Wolf, etc.

My family had been customers for three generations. Purchased a boesch washing machine there, cost more there than other stores, however the installation was top notch and it is far and away the best washing machine I have ever experienced. Fast forward, time for a new dishwasher. I am very busy and TRUSTED these folks so I stopped by and asked to have the best dw they had in black. I was directed to a floor model that was a "good deal" and I said fine get er delivered and installed. It was installed poorly and leaked from day one. I had service call after service call replacing this, fixing that and finally it leaked and pumped several gallons of water onto my kitchen floor required repair and painting of the rooms below the kitchen. And btw, forget about trying to get any money from the manufacturer, they quickly assess your damage and promptly ignore you if they believe or discover it is less than $5k in repairs. My issue is a few mistakes were made and no "make good" was ever mentioned or put forth. So now I am no longer a customer and tell everyone I know not to shop there.

Their service is horrible!!! Do not go here for service. Brubaker sent one person to fix something which two people needed to lift to look at. The one technician who came had no clue what he was doing and could not look to see what was wrong. He spent an hour and a half on the phone talking to manufacturer and said he would have to order parts. He said the total cost at most should be about $800. We did not hear anything from Brubaker until we called there and found out the parts had already come in. Thanks for even notifying us about the parts coming! Several technicians came to fix the appliance and spent several hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Then, they told us they were done and the total cost would be about $2,300 to repair a five year old appliance. I cant tell you how upset we were to hear this. We asked all along to get a price quote and never did. They just did the repair and asked us to pay the bill, without asking if we wanted to go through with it. We are very pissed.

Andrew and Kyle were very polite, respectful, and professional. I am VERY particular about how I want things done. I recently had new flooring installed in my home and my husband had painted the entire upstairs including the kitchen, where my new refrigerator was going to be installed after they removed the old one, of course. They graciously listened to my specific requests and followed my instructions to a "T", even though I had to go back to work, therefore not being home to watch what they were doing. I came home to everything being done PERFECTLY! One of the reasons we purchase all of our appliances at L.H. Brubaker is for their high quality of service/installation! Next time I purchase a new appliance, Im going to request Andrew P. and Kyle M. to handle the delivery and installation. Awesome job, gentlemen!! Thanks so much!

I want to thank the Brubaker staff for helping me in a what was a most stressful time. We had a fire in our kitchen and lost the frig. I called Brubakers and the sales staff was so helpful and facilitated the delivery of a new refrigerator in less than 48 hours. To top it off the delivery guys were just awesome...taking their time getting the old one out and the new one in without so much as a scratch! They had to take my entry door off to fit it in and everything was put back exactly right. He even took the time to show me how to clean the stainless steel and left me a can of the cleaner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for appliances. The price on the frig was better than HH Gregg and Best Buy. Love their extended warranty offering store credit if not used after the five years. What a deal! Thanks!

LH Brubakers sales team was extremely knowledgeable of the products we were interested in purchasing and took a no-pressure to buy approach in our sales experience. They even told us of an upcoming sale on the item we had settled on purchasing and gave us the opportunity to wait for a few weeks to make our purchase, which we did. Once I ordered over the phone they placed us on the schedule to be delivered and setup within three days. They gave us a date and emailed us the day before to tell us the window of time to expect the techs. Both men showed up on time, were extremely courteous, did a fantastic professional job and even removed our defective appliance. When I need appliances in the future I will be heading right back to LH Brubaker.

My complaint about LH Brubaker customer service especially Strasberg Pike receptionist repeatedly rude and taking my request for service. Its been three times maybe even up to five I have been working with this problem for a long time. I was told today that they will not service a Samsung refrigerator because I did not purchase it with them. She expressed that it can be scheduled for service but it would be 2 to 3 weeks and we prefer not to take a customer that did not purchase an item with our organization. Their business must be through the roof to turn down money. My suggestion for LH Brubaker is to have the receptionist go through some training on customer service that would be a wise place to put their extra money

Showroom was beautiful, selection was incredible, price was great, salesman was wonderful. But cancel any good rating when it comes to service. Our 10K worth of appliances PLUS extended warranty means nothing when it comes to good service AND, when calling for service for our DW...and told them we had a warranty, was told we did not. Repeated this for first and second service calls, and they charged us $261.00! Finally called them again and lo and behold...we HAVE an extended warranty. Receptionist very condescending, not apologetic and insisted we should have told them in the initial call. Had I not pushed them...wed have been stuck for $261.00 Next purchase will come from a different company for sure!
