Terrible store. Support local and go to exotic tropicals, their service is stellar. My friends and I have had several problems with buying dog food from this store, opened a bag last week and it was covered in mealworms - typically I buy the bag from Krogers and have never had a problem, the one and only bag I buy from Petco - and it is so disgusting. They blame it on the brand and say theyve had problems with this brand in the past - though one of my other friends have had this exact same experience with a different brand of food. I have a really hard time believing that Petco gets that unlucky with bags of dog food and definitely believe it is probably from unclean and messy storage in the back. They sell mealworms in the store - be careful what you feed your pet from here.

Um.... my sister used to work at this petco and she transfered out of state back home, and I hate to do this but their customer service is HORRIBLE. I called over there to find out about their vaccination clinic in the morning and a woman answers the phone and says "Hello". I said "um is this petco?" Like who answers the phone for a business like that!?

I agree with previous users complaints about rudeness and lack of customer service. Personally, I think the prices are outrageous at this store. Also, the variety of supplies is very limited. Not happy with this store. I do my pet shopping elsewhere.

The manager here is exceptional. The store gets very full here sometimes but it looks like they take really good care of the animals and provide great service when you can find someone thats not busy.

Went in and got not even a hello. Walked around and was looking at some hermit crab and some fish. No one ever asked if they could help. Just lost my business and several others I am sure
