Awful customer service. Have called multiple times, told that I was being transferred to the appropriate department, and then no one ever picked up. Once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me my order was ready and to come pick it up. I drove all the way out there to have a lady tell me that the person I spoke to was wrong and that even though they had the product in stock I could not pick it up. Then the same thing happened again. Maybe all TSCs are this bad, but Im hoping its a cultural problem confined to this particular location and not company-wide. I was walking around the store looking for a particular product and had to wave someone down to get help. They seemed annoyed that I had bothered them. Even Wal Mart has better service than this place. Update, 9/8/2015: I was mistaken about one of the employees names in the last review. Beverly is very sweet and, unlike some other ladies at the store, gives pleasant and accommodating service.

Well due to the fact that I can have a camper and I got to go and get propane filled every time since the past two months I go in there theres either nobody there to going to be certified to go and fill the propane cylinders or they cant fill them due to some type of excuse every single time one time it being too cold one time its raining this time because no one is there at the time took that can fill it up because theyre not certified then someone needs to be doing here come a thought why dont we hire somebody that can be on the area to do to fill the propane cylinders

Exceptional! Ive been to TSC on Troy Hwy in Montgomery twice in less than a month. Both times I have received great customer service from William, product receiver; Mike, store manager; & just today from Chris, manager in training. These TSC employees have made it a point to "put the customer first" from the moment I entered the store. Their willingness to work with me on both visits has ensured I will return to their store. Courteous, competent, & caring...thats what will keep me going back!

Great store! Very clean and well-stocked. Some items are consistently a bargain compared to the big home improvement stores, some items are not. Some items I buy consistently here are belts, birdseed, and ropes. They have a clearance aisle in the very back where Ive found some great deals on dog treats and a few other things.

The gentleman at the register and manager went out of their way to help us find the item that we needed. And then they had to look up the price of the item. They did all that with a smile 20 minutes before closing.
