We bought a small white bunny here on Sunday. We noticed she was grinding her teeth and, at first, we thought it was because she was happy! On Monday night when we noticed the teeth grinding had not stopped, we researched and found that she was in pain. She had not eaten or pooped at all since we got her. We also purchased- more like rescued- another bunny from here on Monday. We got even more worried seeing our newer little guy hopping around doing bunny things, while our baby bunny sat grinding her teeth and looking distressed. After more research that night, we went to get KMR (kitten milk replacer) that can be used for bunnies, and a nursing bottle, along with more toys, treats, and food from tractor supply on Tuesday, in hopes that she would find these more appealing. We tried for a while to try to get her to eat, she would occasionally nibble on something, but nothing. We continued bottle feeding her but she seemed to be getting worse. We made an appointment with the vet for today (wednesday), unfortunately, she didnt make it through the night and died in her sleep. Our bunny was sick and starving from the moment we got her, so we called here in hopes they had an explanation. They offered us a refund or another bunny, which was nice. Then, on the phone, the employee we talked with said "oh by the way, these rabbits arent meant to be pets, theyre for meat." Well, theyre domesticated rabbits, so they can be used for whatever the owner chooses for them. Also, why would it even matter?! We bought our bunny with her feet coated in feces, yellow urine stains on her paws, and looking like she was suffering. We bought her thinking she was just depressed from being transported and mistreated, and wanted to give her a happy, clean home. The other bunny we bought from here was also smelly, had stains, and we could tell their cages were not cleaned well enough, and they didnt have enough food in with them. Within the 3 days we had her, we fell in love with her and tried to give her the happiest life imaginable. We wanted her to have a long life, but due to the mistreatment of these animals, we couldnt save her. The overall service we received was not pleasant whatsoever. The worker who got us our bunny saw gave us a very tiny box for our second bunny, he had no room to move around. She also didnt seem to know what she was doing when handling the rabbit. The other bunnies in the cages looked quite unhappy as well, one of the older white bunnies had one eye slightly bulging out and the other was almost swollen shut. One we thought was dead! The mistreat of these animals is obvious, along with the careless service and basic upkeep of the store.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS STACY (MANAGER) IS SUCH A BIHH* MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN YESTERDAY TO PURCHASE A DOG KENNEL, WE SPENT $574 ON THE KENNEL AND ACCESSORIES. WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE KENNELS WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE ONLY AVAILABLE PERSON TO HELP US WAS STACY, LOW & BEHOLD SHE IS A MANAGER. WE WERE TRYING TO ASK HER HOW TO ANCHOR IT DOWN AND WHERE TO FIND THE SUPPLIES WE NEEDED. THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, AND KEPT GOING ON HER RADIO SAYING "ITS GOING TO BE A WHILE" LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING HER. SHE WOULDNT SHOW US WHERE ANYTHING WAS, IT WAS HARD ENOUGH TO FIND AN EMPLOYEE WHO COULD HELP US BECAUSE THEY WERE SHORT HANDED BUT BEING A MANAGER OF THIS STORE YOU WOULD THINK SHE WOULD BE A LITTLE NICER AND MORE HELPFUL SEEING HOW WE WERE SPENDING QUITE A BIT OF MONEY. INSTEAD I TOLD HER IF YOU NEED TO GO, GO AND SHE JUST WALKED AWAY, LATER FINDING HER STANDING BY THE CARTS NOT DOING A THING. WHAT A COMPLETE BIH! SHE NEEDS FIRED. I DO LIKE THIS STORE BESIDES HER, IF YOU NEED HELP FIND TOMMY OR RICK, OR THE KID THAT WORKS MOSTLY AT SERVICE DESK WITH TAT ON ARM, THEY ARE VERY NICE & HELPFUL.**UPDATE!! I HAVE CHANGED MY REVIEW FROM A 1 TO A 4 BC IVE BEEN IN SEVERAL TIMES SINCE WITH NO PROBLEMS & NO STACY, kennel is up and its very nice & anchored correctly thanks to Tommy and Rick! They do need AC in there its always super hot & a little more staff. BUT GREAT OVERALL! Free pig ear when you bring your furry friend! Staff can not tell sex of rabbits. Bought 2 "males" from male cage & 1 month later i had 6 baby bunnies.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I LOVE the store itself because it always has everything we need at a pretty decent price...plus its the only place like it in Kokomo. We did lose a lot of respect for the store when my husband accidently hit his head on a boot rack (one of those thin metal ones that stick out to display boots) and ended up cutting his head so bad that he needed stitches. Not a huge deal, just an accident, wouldnt be the end of the world, but when we alerted them to what happened, the cashier was honest and said people do it all the time and several kids have run into them and hit their heads as well. We suggested that maybe they should actually display a boot on it or mark it with a red price tag or something (it was unmarked, with nothing displayed on it...just kind of blended in, which is why he didnt see it), but instead of listening to our suggestion and concerns, they just told us they were not responsible. Its not like we were threatening to sue, we werent even angry, just throwing out an idea to prevent it in the future and the attitude we got from the manager and the lack of concern was very dissapointing. We swore wed never shop there again, but unfortunately, they are the ONLY place in Kokomo we can find work boots and gear in his size...so....it is what it is. Their customer service could just seriously use some work.

Do you want to buy a firearm? Do you expect good customer service? Then go elsewhere! I put a gun on layaway in January 2017 and was told my money would be refunded minus a $10 layaway charge if I cancelled..AFTER 60 DAYS (it happens I was told 90 but it says 60 on the receipt). Well here it is 4 months later and now they are telling me I have to drive an hour out of my way to their store in order to refund $18 (after the $10 fee to hold my money) to the debit card they already have on file. Ive worked in sales for years and thats not something I have ever heard of or had to do. Not to mention the man I spoke to over the phone acted like I was an idiot for expecting otherwise. Never again will me and mine shop at this location.

Excellent prices but store is dirty and service is wildly varied depending on what employee you talk to. Do not buy any furniture from here unless you like roaches the size of your thumb and the odor of mouse piss they have both which shouldnt come as a surprise given the amount of animal feed they carry. I have seen the store from both sides both customer and employee and love shopping here but you couldnt pay me enough to ever work there again, the mis-management and the way they treat their employees is one of the worst I have seen.
