I have been a PetSmart patron for 5 years. I was recommended to this store by a friend as a place to board my dog. What I found was a neighborhood store with friendly, professional folk! We have used the Pets Hotel, the groomer and doggy day care. We were super pleased with the groomer and I am very picky about my dogs haircut because it is a shave that is blended at the head. That is a very tricky cut on a short hair dog. They did an super excellent job. The hotel staff is always friendly, even when haggard by a holiday weekend. Last time we picked up our dog, one of the staff said goodbye to our dog and that she enjoyed playing with him. Good folks!!!! Great services!!!

I boarded my cat Lorelai here for over a week at the pet hotel in one of the kitty cottages this past May. Lorelai had difficulty eating and toiletting for the first day or so due to the anxieties of being out of her usual element. The hotel staff were extremely proactive in communicating with me about these challenges, suggesting alternative approaches to try and resolve this problem, and even had a treatment plan in place just in case Lorelai continued to not be herself. Lorelai left the pet hotel (upon my return) well nourished and cared for. I strongly recommend that if you do need to board your pet for any extended period of time, that you do it here

Came home to find major leak from my fish tank from a seal. I purchased this tank over a year ago. Was a 7 hour ordeal and lost one of my fish. Called petsmart and explained what had happened and the manager Lisa told me to just bring it down and they would replace it no charge and no receipt. Because of this I will continue to do business with them and think they are a model of how customer service should be handled. Staff already knew I was coming and made this hectic ordeal a simple exchange. Its bin 9 since the hours and my fish are back in there new home and doing fine. Thank you Lisa and all your staff

Not one that like a big pet stores but this one is clean yet I dont like the fact they have a veterinary clinic inside its cook book medicine they have to follow franchise rules on how to treat or test every case is seen the same way with no thought of what is best for your pet or your pocket book its better to avoid the vet services

I bring my golden doodle here every 2 months or so for grooming. The people in the grooming center are wonderful and so sweet to my fluff ball! The other employees are very friendly.
