The staff at Petsmarts are very helpful and are quite knowledgeable on various pets and show good customer care. But the organization that affiliates with them is being run by a sexist racist old lady, her name is Virginia. This lady and her associate, who she referred to as one of her fosters, took my baby kittens, all my supplies for them and refused to give them back to me because they are unsure I would do what is necessary to take care of them and said I had to wait for them to go through the adoption process and have to pay for them back. I warn everyone not to work with Virginia, she is a lying old cat lady.

The place is nice but the customer service is horrible. People dont come to you or ask for if you need help. And when you try to call someone for help they turn away. If i had to wait for someone to come help me id be there for hours. Also, there was one lady who was helping someone else and she clearly saw me waiting for help. As soon as she was done she walked away and didnt help me and there was someone else beside me waiting for her help too.

Small, but if they dont have it, dont be shy to ask about it. They will order it for you and it will be shipped to your doorstep!! theyre also very helpful and will tell you what products are perfect for your pet, especially when it comes to food, decorations (for aquariums and terrariums) and anything else you could need for your pet. There is also a nice vet on staff at Ban field. they really do have everything.

Grooming price is not what is reflected online. There are extra charges for the weekend. They were going to charge me $20 extra for a special shampoo and conditioner. Ive always taken my dog here and have never had trouble getting him groomed at reasonable price. I even drove 20 miles just to come to this one. Super disappointed today.

Took our dogs to get groomed and the MANAGER messed up her cut and burned her stomach even with specific instructions. While an associate who groomed our other dog did a better a job with the same exact instructions.
