This place does not stand behind there products. I purchased over $1200 worth of granite balusters. When I got home I discovered 1 of them was discolored and didnt match the rest. Mike from Luisi Building Materials refused to exchange it for another piece. Unbelievable, I have never seen any business treat their customers like this and survive very long. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Its OK, I will purchase a replacement from somewhere else. I would never purchase even 1 screw from LUISI again.

Mahdi from Luisi Building Materials is a very nice guy and professional. He gave us a good idea and he tried his best to help us. I ordered some bricks face from them. It usually need to take at least 3 business day to cut... Mahdi knows I need them asap, so he do my favor. He asked the guy to cut part of the bricks first and gave me in 1 day!!! Highly recommend!!!
