I ordered a combination of tile and carpet from home,depot. I was told that around 7-10 days,after paying it would be installed. After day 15 I decided to contact them and was able to schedule delivery and installation. When they showed up with the tile, I noticed that they were messing around in the back of the truck for an extended amount of time. I went out and they had managed to drop the tiles off of the pallet. When they showed up to install the carpet (now 18 days in) they realive tjat the carpet was defective. I was told it would take 3 days to receive the new carpet. After a week went by I called and was told that the carpet wasnt in yet, so I asked for a mamager. I never got to speak to a manager, but about 5 hours later the carpet had amazingly showed up and was ready for install the next day (now at 30 days after paying). 2 days later the store called to see if I was happy and I said I still would like to speak to a manager. The manager called me back ND instead of saying sorry for breaking tiles, delivering bad carpet and delaying the instalation, all I got was "there was a misunderstanding communication". The lack of customer care, poor quality control and amount of complaining it took to get what I had paid for was rediculous. I called corporate, but they only said that they were investigating it. That was 3 weeks ago, if you value customer service then I highly recommend going elsewhere

The worst Home Depot experience ever. Its 11:00pm April 27, 2015 and I cant believe I am up writing this. I walked in at 9:30pm to buy over $530 dollars for (4) rigid mobile tool carts. Each cart has three sections that are old separately. I was being respectfully helped by Shane, as he was looking for two missing sections that were showing in-stock. After an hour the manager "Brad" checks me out. He explained "his inconvenience" to pick up the missing sections and hesitantly explained a discount for two whole carts 10% about $26. When I looked at the receipt Brad deceitfully discounted 5% off (4) of the lesser amount sections totaling about $7. When I questioned him he said he was under this impression. I cancelled the order at 10:45pm and will not be going back to this store. This stores manager (Brad) just paid more in labor to hassle me and re-stock all the merchandise. I will be talking to corporate in the morning because no one should have to have an experience like this with a National Company.

I had an exchange to do on a milwaukee tape measure that I bought. Customer service was very polite and respectable in the exchange. I no longer had the receipt but she still took care of me. For that I am very grateful. I had other shopping to do there as well, and no matter what employee I asked they where knowledgeable about where product was located and guided me to the right spot. Thanks for the great experience.

Extremely rude and unhelpful sales associate. He was giving blatantly wrong advice and when politely corrected (and confirmed by his own measurement), he said "you must know more than me" and walked off. Yes sir, I do know more than you.

Absolutely awful. Stepped on a dead rat. Went to buy a flower pot and it had lots of rat poop in it. Couldnt wait to get out of there today. Have been a frequent shopper but now Im not sure I want to go back.
