This Home Depot has had absolutely atrocious customer service for years!! Looking for help is very difficult. When you do find it youre given an eye rolls of frustration for having to answer questions or god forbid physically walking with you to find something. They always just point and say "somewhere over by isle 30". The people arent bad people its the overall culture of the store. The employees are clearly miserable. Save your time and frustrations and go to ACE or Lowes. This particular store needs a change at the top to fix this awful customer service culture. Oh, and now I guess they communicate with cell phones. So when you do find help theyll literally answer a phone call right in front of you and have a miserable conversation with the other miserable employee on the other line. Its a terrible look. At first I thought the guy was on a personal call until it happened for the sencomd time in the same day. Whos horrible idea was this?

Always for the most part been happy with my trips there, sometimes more times then not but lately my business has took on a new customers and now spending more time in other departments, example was in flooring with a total lost look Im sure and no sooner then I was starting to become frustrated I was helped out by a very positive and helpful woman in that area believe her name was Billy she answered all my questions,was patient with me and my back and forth of unsureness but by the end of my trip had everything I needed and was super pleased with the help I received if your in flooring in the Port Orange store look up the blond with the guys name shell point you in the right direction thanks home depot keep great ppl there like this person. Thanks SPconstruction Inc.

Love the staff and store at this location. We have had fantastic service from many employees here but in particular, Cindy, Janet, Lynn and Scott always go above and beyond to make sure we get all the help we need. Also, Kolton loves to do the projects that HD offers to kids on the first Saturday of every month:-) They even offer snacks and drinks for the kids during the kids workshops. All in all, just a great, consistently superior experience time after time. Highly recommended:-) GDaddy, Nannie & Kolton

Need more people who know what there selling I asked the man in Tile dept where Tile glue was for a wall he sold me thinset. Thats what you have to use on walls I never used thinset on walls in 30 years. So anyway all the Tile fell off the wall so Im out 400$ because I listened to a kid who is responsible for that???????????

My experience with Home Depot this trip was good. Store is clean and merchandised well. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I got what I needed. I flip-flop between Lowes and Home Depot. Both are equal in almost everything except certain products. I use both equally.

I would like to compliment the stores customer service desk employee Cleo. She was very kind, efficient and seems to be happy & helpful. She went out of her way to help us with a truck rental & I think she should be recognized for being such a great employee.

I knew I should have gone to Lowes but .... gave the Port Orange Home Depot another shot. Assistant Store Manager Erin was clueless when asked about a "Y" connector for a steam dryer. Ill stick to the Lowes in Port Orange from now on.

Its a home depot. They have everything a home depot should. The "other" hardware store usually has better prices, unless things are on-sale here. The staff arent as friendly as the ones at "other" hardware store either.
