My wife and I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator with one very minor ding, which saved us over $1500. The delivery men (2 subcontractors in a rented box truck) damaged the left door while trying to carry it into our kitchen. They refused to take it back and said that we would need to take it up with customer service. Customer service was absolutely no help, hung up on me several times, and simply tried to throw money at the situation to get us to go away. Finally my wife went to the outlet store and spoke to Chuck, who went above and beyond to find a solution to our problem. When things didnt work out and we decided to return the refrigerator, Chuck was able to process our return, no questions asked. He was professional and courteous and the one bright spot in an organization that appears to have forgotten about the customer. You can save a considerable amount by shopping at this outlet store, but do yourself a favor and ask for Chuck.

I entered the store with $600 burning a hole in my pocket ready to buy a dryer. I ended up having to interrupt a conversation between sales people to get helped. The sales person gave me a price for a damaged dryer that was more than the new in store price. I informed her of that so she went to her manager (he was outside smoking cigs). After 10 minutes of waiting around. I approached them to see what the deal was. It turns out that he was the rudest sales rep I have ever encountered - This guy couldnt sell a beer to a drunk. I walked around a bit more, baffled by the service, then I decided to walk out. I walked past 3 sales people talking on my way out, none asked if I needed anything else, or even acknowledged my existence. This store needs to get its act together! It has the rudest and most incompetent sales team I have ever encountered.

We had to purchase a new refrigerator so we thought wed give this place a try. We were very impressed with the selection and compared to other places the prices seemed pretty good to. We werent expecting much in the way of service since it was an "outlet" store but boy were we surprised. Everyone we spoke with was not only really nice but very helpful as well. We then ran into a snag when it came time to pick our delivery date. The area we live was Saturday only for delivery. With Saturday being the Sabbath for my family that just wasnt going to work. The store manager jumped right on it and got with their delivery company and worked out a different day to accommodate us. Im so very impressed.

Had an ok experience when I went in to buy the actual appliances, other than the fact they rush you through the entire process. Nothing special. HOWEVER, when it came to delivery my experience was awful. They did not tell me in the store someone over the age of 18 needed to be present. I had my younger sister at home waiting for them to deliver it and they refused. Understandable.I spoke with the store manager to explain the situation and he did not apologize in regards to his staff not thoroughly explaining the process and did NOTHING to remedy it. DO NOT GO HERE! Even though the price is right, the service is TERRIBLE!

Ive received ex excellent service here over the years. You make good with a scratch or deny to save BIG BUCKS!!!!! Many defects cannot even be seen. We recently returned an appliance for a missing part and were given a similar product that was selling for twice the price of what we returned for no additional cost. Read a comment about someone having a product for two years and it wasnt working and they were blaming the store!!!! CALL the manufacturer. They warrent the merchandise. Bet they didnt purchase the extended warranty. You get what you pay for. Stop complaining.

Good morning, I purchased a Craftsman riding tractor (less than two years ago). This tractor is now not running and I have been emailing (3x) the District Manager Juan Tapia, hoping to get a resolution. The manager at the outlet store also emailed him with my information. Ive heard nothing, and its been weeks. This is horrible customer service and I am sadly disappointed. I would hope that a company, such as Sears, would offer better customer support. Had the worst customer service experience in my life. The price was ok but the saleslady Linda promised instillation on my refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and now she says no its a extra charge. I asked her twice before I swiped my debit card for $5.000.00. The manager Kevin is the rudest person in the world. He tried to loud talk me, over talk me, huff and puff and go off then transfer the call back to Linda he didnt want to deal with it.

The store is OK at best. I ended up purchasing a washer and really wish I never had. The 3rd party delivery service they use is the absolute worst (XPO Logistics). I will never purchase anything from them again if they continue to use them for deliveries. They failed to deliver the item and then tried to blame me for the mishap. The customer service agent was rude and offensive. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Rudest sales associates my wife and I have ever dealt with. Not worth the $ saved. A woman by the name of Carrie finally made things right for us and was very apologetic. Highly recommend they offer training in customer service to make it a better experience for their customers.

Been there a few times, always walked out empty-handed: rude, incompetent, and lack basic knowledge... My advise: if you like a product listed online, buy it online, and then go directly to the loading dock... Note that pick up hours are different 10-8:30 than those listed on the sales receipt 9-9.

Really great bargains...if you can stand what is possibly the worlds slowest and worst service. Stunningly terrible, except the loaders who seem faster and smarter than the sales people.
