Man comes and installs a dishwasher (expensive one) he tells me hes all done and I said great! Does it work? He said yes! I go downstairs to check before I pay him and it doesnt work he then tells me that this was sitting on the back of a truck for a couple of days!! Ummm UNACCEPTABLE your overpriced appliances should come with good service. Great my brand new dishwasher has to " thaw" then I call them at 3:30, 4:30 and 5pm and they do not answer as their hours say their open. Lowes has better service. I highly recommend another company.

Horrible experience. Our first purchase of an appliance from them went smoothly, so we went back when another needed to be replaced. We called numerous times over a two week period to get an update on delivery of the back-ordered item, and were always assured the owner would call us back but it never, ever happened. Bottom line: customer is of no value after the sale. We will not go there again.

Theyve also been very helpful with recommendations on local repair providers. I had wondered how in the world a local appliance shop was staying in business, and this must be how: being great at what they do.

Super job--after a major retailer failed to install a washer/drier in a tight space, Lemcke succeeded! They measured in advance, sold us a great product at a fair price and made a successful installation in a challenging physical space. They were professional and easy to work with. From the salespeople to the porters, Ive always received amazing service from Lemcke. Their showroom isnt the prettiest, but they really know their stuff. You also might expect their prices to be higher, because theyre small, however, Ive always gotten a great deal.

Basic showroom. Friendly service and no pressure. Same appliances as the box stores. I got the best price from them and on time / as promised delivery. Been in business ever since I was a kid in the 50s.
