I absolutely loved the service I received! My refrigerator had gone out over the holidays much to my dismay. I called Keevan and was able to schedule service the next day. The tech was professional, had company identification and very clean-cut. He wiped his feet when he entered the house and explained thoroughly the trouble-shooting steps he was doing to diagnose the problem as he was looking at the fridge. He didnt have the part available to repair it that day but did a terrific job setting an expectation of service e.g. explained what he was going to do, when I might expect the part, etc. He exceeded the original expectation by finding a part in town (rather then having to order it) and was able to come back the next business day to finish the repair. The service was reasonable priced and he even fixed my door handle which was a bit loose! I will definitely be calling this company again when I have another issue with any appliance!

Over the phone customer service was good, this is the reason I chose Keeven. I was quoted $54.00 service call and if a repair was done it would be a minimum of $92. The repairman arrived, he did not say hello, never told me his name...just wheres your dryer. I took him to the dryer, a sock had fallen down the lent trap (within 5 mins) he was done. Then he says "$92 oh and you need to replace your hose...if you want that it will be $145 ?(another 5 mins). Finally I asked him, his name (hesitantly) he says "Stan". I asked how long have you been repairing dryers (hesitantly he says ) "a while ". I asked him what was the methods of payment...he mentioned everything except check. So I called Keeven while he was here to ask for the methods of payment and to let them know this repairman was horrific! I thought everyone should know...they are over priced and Stan the repairman has HORRIBLE customer service skills!

I called and scheduled an appointment with Keeven to find out why my water line to my refrigerator was not working properly. The serviceman, "Mike," called me this morning wanting to know what the problem was. I explained that the pressure of the water from the refrigerator was not good. He replied, "I dont need you to diagnose the problem I just need you to tell me the symptoms." Very rudely and disrespectfully! I called back to speak with the so called owner, Mary to let her know what happened and she basically just made excuses up for him. Saying he was trying to see what the problem was. Keeven needs to remember customers have choices when they are spending their money. If you expect a company to talk to you any kind of way Keeven is the company for you. But if you expect good customer service find someone else to service your appliance.

The repair man was rude. I had a pilot assembly installed on my hot water heater, he told me it would be $280. I questioned the price and went ahead and let him install it because I had company. I checked around and found that Handyman Hardware would have charged $115. When I tried to get an itemized bill, they were very rude and refused to do so. I had several conversations with them, each time being very rude. Finally I stopped payment on my check and low and behold they all of a sudden wanted to talk. End result was they came and removed the $280 job and I got Handyman to do the same exact thing for $115. They ought to be ashamed for such prices and apologize, but they didnt.

Absolutely rude customer service from the lady whom answered the phone. Quoted me $55-$80 for a part that I had researched and saw averaged about $20. She told me, "Well, maybe you should just go buy it yourself then."
