This place is a joke. And absolute f**king joke!!! Dont waste ur time. I went here as a last resort because I didnt have a cosigner. They charge you maximum allowable interest of 21% on your car loan, and on top of that, the quadruple the cost of the car. The car I got there, the blue book value of the car is 4k. They charge me 18k for the car. I wish I wouldve never signed the papers, and now im stuck with them for two more years. By the time im done paying for 20k for this car, its gonna be worthless. No one there is remotely professional, you walk in there and all the employees are watching TV. Must be nice. Felt like such a sucker. Oh, and if you need service, have fun with that!!!! Take two-three weeks to schedule an appointment, and for it to not be fixed. I took my car there 4 times for the same problem, and they tell me theres nothing wrong with it. That its "normal that the brakes grind". Took it to another mechanic and theres a problem with the rear axel. I GUESS THATS NORMAL TOO!!! Oh, and the paperwork you sign, you are not just signing for a car, your signing papers that revoke your right to take legal action, like get a lawyer and go to court, file lemon law, OR EVEN BE PART OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! So, obviously, they are protecting themselves so you cant even sue them. I wonder why someone needs that kind of protection? Think about that one. Your better off buying a car off Craigslist. Dont go there, you will be sorry. Oh, and listen to this. I had to have surgery to live, and I couldnt make my full car payment on time ($180) and asked if I could pay $100 and $80 more in my next payment (which is biweekly I might add) and they said no. They dont and wont accept a partial payment, theyll repo ur car.

Im only giving two stars because everyone I came in contact with from jake to the finance lady was friendly. That being said, they dont have anyone to greet customers.. So while youre in the office talking with whoever, if a new customer comes in, they interrupt to greet that customer, ask them if they have an appointment and ask them to sit in the lobby. Gets a little old after the 3rd customer interrupts. Also they read their program out to you from a binder. To be honest, I can read it myself, they can just give me the tent poles of the program. Its a lot of in and out of the offices. Anyway, to put it plainly, of course Im here because my credit is less than stellar but I make 35k and they wanted me to put $1,000 down. Didnt tell me what potential payments were or anything or on what type of car. Also the quality of the cars, while some on the front line are good, I got an off putting feeling from some of the cars. That being said, I went to DriveTime directly across the street and absolutely loved their experience. Not only were they friendly but the cars are in MUCH BETTER condition. Newer, cleaner cars. And they got me approved for $600 down and I NEVER once felt like I was being sold something at DriveTime. JD Byrider was friendly but I just got the feeling weve all had in this situation that were being sold even though its a bad idea. In my honest opinion, this is absolutely the last resort. Go across the street.

I got two cars from them....the first one I got from them I had to keep taking it back every 2 weeks....I only had the car for one week when the check engine light came on...the car kept stalling and they couldnt see or figure out why and said the car wasnt doing that...the car stalled on the highway and because of the problem with their car cause a big accident to where I was hit by 2 other cars on my way to take it back to them again... I suffered a mild concussion Spain hand and a bunch of bumps and scratches...they total my car out...but if my car was working correctly that wouldnt of never happened... so they replaced my car gave me another one....like before I still keep having to take my car back to them because there is always something wrong.. broke down on highway 3 times and had to have my car towed in less then a 2 months period of time....only had this car less then 24 hours when the check engine light came on and had to take it back the next day....that is bad luck with 2 of their cars....Im paying money on a car that they have it more then I do....I tell people dont go to jb byrider their cars are lemons and they are ripping people off...and right now Im sitting on the side of the highway once again...2 bad cars back to back...if you get a car from jb byrider you better have triple a cause your going to needit

Well i am almost paid off with my car and thank god. The car has been fine but dealing with cnac is HELL! as long as Ive owned the car ive had a problem with payments being on time only a couple times and It was only a matter of days I was late. But today I called to talk to cnac about my payment BC my DAD passed away and the lady (although thats nicely put) asked me if my job doesnt give breavement time and I said yes but I had taken extra time off. Its Monday my payment isnt due til Friday. I think Im doing the responsible thing and yet I get fax me this, fax me that, call me to make sure I get it.......lady I owe 900 dollars and my dad died are you kidding me. They will kiss your @as to sell you a car but dont expect that to continue once the papers are signed. They are the most heartless ignorant people you will EVER meet! Cant wait til Im done with them

WENT TO A TOTAL OF 6 BUY/HERE PAY/HERE AND WISH I WOULD HAVE CAME HERE FIRST... RIGHT FROM WALKING IN WAS GREETED BY NOT ONE BUT WHAT IT SEEMED LIKE EVERY EMPLOYEE, IT WAS AWESOME... MY FIANCE N I WAS ONLY WORKING WITH LESS THEN A 1000.00 DOWN PAYMENT AND LANA N JEANETTE BOTH TAGED UP AND WORKED WITH US EVEN THOUGH WE GOT THERE AT 6:05 N STORE CLOSED AT 8, THEY DIDNT TRY TO RUSH US OR ANYTHING THEY WANTED US TO COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND EACH AND EVERYTHING INVOLVED IN OUR CAR PURCHASE... AT 10:15 WELL AFTER CLOSING HOURS WE WALKED OUT WITH OUR NEW 2007 SATURN AURA XR AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT... THESE TWO WOMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE US HAPPY N THATS WHAT WE LOVED ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH JD BYRIDER... THANKS LANA N JEANETTE.. JY & ROB
