We just moved here from Northwest Arkansas and needed our flushable cat litter (Worlds Best Cat Litter). We went to Petcos Unleashed location in Allston because it was the closest pet supply store to our new apartment and we absolutley loved it! The customer service was excellent. The store was tidy and really well designed. They put the bag of litter in a nice, sturdy, bag with handles and we left very happy customers. The only thing that surprised me was that it wasnt busier. Anyhow, excellent store! Thanks, Petco, for understanding what urban petowners need... good customer service, tidy stores, and sturdy bags with handles. :)

This store is actually unleased, by petco. I think the difference is that there are no animals and no grooming, however they do have obedience classes and such... I went to get a specific food for my cat and the staff was helpful. The store is clean and stylish.

Very helpful staff that is willing to work with you and your pet to find what you need. You are able to try out some items prior to purchase, and if nothing there is suitable, they will work with other nearby stores to help.
