Ive been going to Bay State for a few years now for my grain and shaving supplies. Their staff has always been more than helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Ive only had one occasion where they were out of a grain that I used and that was due to a snow storm, however, knew right away of an equivalent I could use in the meantime. I often ask questions about certain grain products and the staff knows the answers or knows where to look for the answers. They aim to please, are efficient, reasonable with grain and shaving prices and have great hours for the average working individual. No complaints here.
