We just leased a 2015 Sienna from Toyota of Whittier and can’t praise their Staff highly enough. The last time we purchased a new car was over 13 years and 180 thousand miles ago. As expected, our old car was beginning to need more and more repairs. It was simply time for a newer vehicle. Being retired, the monthly payment was a great concern. I spent hours on the Internet looking at used cars, studying safety reports and consumer ratings. We finally decided to lease a new Toyota Sienna and I began the search for the best deal. After sitting down at 3 different Toyota dealerships in my area, I was well informed on the leasing process. However, I was not happy with the parade of salesmen, supervisors, and managers that each dealer brought out in succession to try and close the deal. I was determined not to be pressured into buying until I was sure I had a great deal. That led me to the True Car site I had seen advertised on television. The lease prices that I was offered through True Car were lower than those quoted at any of the dealerships I had visited. Still, I was unsure. I did not provide my telephone number on the true car form because I didn’t want to speak with another group of salesmen. That’s when I began to receive e-mails from Chrys Ruiz, the Internet sales associate at Toyota of Whittier. She was polite and endlessly patient with my desire to communicate only through e-mail. No fewer than 23 e-mails were exchanged between us before we appeared at the dealership to finalize our purchase. I know this was not the most efficient, or fastest way to purchase a car, but by the time we had made our decision to buy from Toyota of Whittier I knew several things. I knew they were a thoughtful, patient, customer service oriented dealership. There were no surprises upon signing the lease, and we drove away in our new Sienna, happy with our purchase, and delighted that we had bought it through True Car and Toyota of Whittier.

This is the WORST dealership Ive ever been to just to get a price of a car!!! I sat down and watched the employees disrespect eachother as if no one was there! The salesperson I believe his name was Ted, was talking to the customers so rude & disrespectful I couldnt believe my ears!!!! I couldnt believe how he talked bad about a person once they walked out the door just because they chose not to buy a car! If you dont believe me, sit down at Toyota of Whittier and see for yourself!!! Also I was there long enough to learn their names and this one man who went by the name of Albert was so very rude to the porters that worked there! To tell you the truth, there seems to be a lot of unauthorized crooked things happening there, just to sell a car!!! I am writing this review to warn innocent customers like myself to not get taken advantage of! They prey on the elderly people just to get their commission but lie through their teeth about everything but the truth! After I write this review, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to do there own investigation on Toyota of Whittier!!! Bad Management from the top drunk to the bottom of their disrespectful barrel!!! ELDERLY people just PLEASE BEWARE!!! THEYRE ONLY AFTER WHAT THEY CAN GET THERE HANDS ON!!!! VERY VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!! NO STARS FOR THEM! LIKE I SAID BEFORE, CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF!!! And their Prices are very ridiculous!!!!

Today I went in to get my 2011 Prius to get serviced at Toyota of Whittier for regular scheduled maintenance, I was drawn in by a $47.98 special for synthetic. After picking my car up I noticed that my radio was acting funny and would even turn itself off. I called to talk to the service department and ask what was going on? From the beginning, they wanted nothing to do with me, they kept insisting that regular scheduled maintenance had nothing to do with the radio. I insisted that my radio was working fine before they serviced it. They gave me some things to try, I did with no success. I went back and finally got them to look at it, three different people (assistant service manager, director of service of parts and operation, shop foreman) tried to play with a fuse and tried to reset it. After about twenty minutes, they concluded that the radio had to be broken before they touched it, there was nothing more they could do. I said they could ask the guy who took my car because the radio was on when I came in. I also said I was going to file a complaint. They still in insisted the radio was already broken. I got home and after about 5 min of trying to reset it I did and it works fine now. I think it’s crazy how convinced they were that my radio was broken before I took it in. BEWARE.

when shopping for a car, or simply for mechanic work its easy to become skeptical, or distrusting of any organization and, I hate to say it, but car sales seems to be at the top of that list. I was right there with you on this but then I came to Toyota of Whittier. At first, I was simply looking to trade in my old camry for something new. They gave me a great deal, with an incredible warranty. The best thing was that I didnt feel rushed, preyed upon or taken advantage of when signing the deal- I really felt like I was in good hands. Keeping up with the scheduled tune-ups was easy, with mail and email notifications (besides, they always have great specials every month). I was also introduced to the guys in the service department who have always worked with me and on MY schedule, sometimes even staying late when I couldnt get in on time. These guys, especially Casey have always been fair and honest. Ive been so impressed with the Service Department so much that Ive returned to buy other cars from them since. Im being honest when I say that they know most of their customers by sight and remember ask me about my work and my family (Im always impressed by how much Casey can remember). I cant endorse them enough
