Do NOT use their layaway or purchase ANYTHING from these crooks! They wont even call you to tell you if they are closing your layaway. I called to ask how much I owed and was informed that my layaway had been canceled. I asked if I could get any of my money back and was informed that all of MY money (over $500) went to the store to cover the time it was in their inventory. In other words thats a nice way of saying F*** you youre not getting your money back. I can understand a restocking fee, but to take EVERY dime someone has paid and not get ANYTHING in return is theft! I WILL NOT be back, furthermore I will inform anyone I know who is searching for a firearm to go somewhere else due to their shady business practices. Posey gun shop in Cleveland TN, is where I will will go from here on out unless this situation is rectified then I will update this review accordingly.

This place will rip you off if you do business with them they are scumbags. They will sell you items that dont work and will not accept them when you try to return item. They act is if I tore it up on purpose they will try to make you believe its your fault that it was perfect when it left the store. They put on a good front real nice but its all fake they are a ripoff

Ive bought several things from them , cash and layaway , never had any problems , today bought a tool box right at close, they even loaded it for me
