I brought a 2008 Dodge caravan 4 months ago from this place I had multiple problems with this vehicle 1st problem tpms light was on sensors needed repaired 2nd problem radiator was leaking 3rd problem oil pan and transmission pan leaking 4th problem transmission slipping 5th problem intake valve leaking 6th problem anti theft system misfired locking me out of my vehicle 7th problem major electrical problem 8 th problem brake light wiring no brake lights 9 th problem excaust leak I had to take van to the Dodge dealership to have fixed it cost 1038 just for electrical problem that didnt include any of the other work! This van broke down on me multiple times it left me sit! I called cheap heaps and I talked to Tony and Keith they told me that they were going to get me into a different vehicle I waited to hear from them they even asked me how much was left in the loan that I owed I told them! I waited 3 days to hear back from them! Today I got a phone call from the owner telling me he isnt getting me into another vehicle at all I told him I had problems since day one I needed to get out of this vehicle and he told me it isnt his problem but mine!! Dont buy anything from these people!! They dont have prices on their vehicles!! They check ur credit before u see how much it is basically they charge u more money! They are ripe offs!! They didnt even offer to fix my van or help pay for it what kind of company does this to a person!! Save ur money and go else where!! Take my advice if u want a fixer upper then buy here if not just keep driving!! Trust me when I say keep driving!! If not u will end up with a lemon!! Im going to let all my friends and family know to pass this on so they dont buy here!! The sad thing here is that the garage they use told me that they know of all the problems with this van and sold it to me anyways

dont trust these people. first off, they go on the internet to put 5 stars on all review sheets on the web to make it sound nice. so dont be fooled. second my aunt went in to the place and nobody cared she was there, also she saw a sign there that said somthing to buy at your own rish yady yady yada. basically all they are trying to do is sell and steal your money. they dont care about your safety, just to make a buck. unfourtunantly almost every place is like that. you have mouths to feed and they have mouths to feed. your best luck is to buy from a straight up dealer like honda, ford, mazda etc. every once in awhile you might find a good car but what are the chances of that? most places will actually crap your car so you gotta come back to buy a part etc. like an example: your valve cover gasket... most places will see if its wrong, but instead of using there own money to fix it, they will cheap fix it with scilicone, and later down the road when you already bought it basically, you need it fixed since your leaking oil now. who will pay for that fix? thats an extra 50 bucks to do it yourself or pay them 200+ to scilicone it AGAIN. do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. unless you dont care about you or your familys well being and like dumping hundereds and maybe even thousands of dollars into somthing that belongs in the scrap yard anyways.

Worst place i have every purchased a vehicle from, 1st off i bought a jeep grand cherokee, after buying had to wait 3 weeks for my new tire and wheel to come in mind you this is after i bought it so i didnt have a vehicle almost the first payment was due, never even heard a sorry or get a offer to help pay for first months payment, 2nd took 6 months to receive my navigation disc and owners manual that i was promised at purchase but rick and also tony!!! I was told this was to tony going to jail, not something you tell a customer! 3rd took the jeep to get inspected 10 months after purchase and the vehicle needed 3500 worth of work to pass inspection, now this seems to me to be ridiculous since we paid over 11000 for a jeep there should be no reason to need over 3500 worth of work within 10 months of purchase, also there warranty they sell is a complete joke and a giant waste of money! After calling to try and get some help with this or just to even let them no, i was pretty much ran around the bush and got no offers of help or even a apology! So after all this i say to be careful of purchasing from these crappy used car salesmen unless you want completely screwed in the long run! 1 year later and already to buy a new vehicle thanks a lot rick and tony at cheap heaps! I dont recommend Cheap Heaps at all. In January and February I was looking at a car there and emailed them about it. My email was directed to Jessica, who answered promptly, but then did not reply to any of my other emails. I was very interested in the car, so I figured she was busy and called and spoke to Rick. I told him which car I was interested in and set up a time to go test drive it. With cash in hand for a down payment if I liked the car, I drove almost an hour to get there, only to find out that the car wasnt there, it was with the mechanic. I spoke to him the same day I was planning on going down there, and yet he didnt tell me it wasnt there or ask me to pick another time to test drive it. I was furious when I got there and the car I specifically mentioned to Rick, wasnt there. He told me it would be there later that week or early the next week and that I should call back then. I called back several times, for three weeks, and it was never there. Eventually, I got sick of trying so I went somewhere else to buy a car. I would rate Cheap Heaps as having the worst communication Ive ever seen. I dont know how they sell cars if they refuse to talk to customers.
