One word-GHEEEEEEEHEEEEETOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Ok, so my car broke down and I found myself in this hell hole of a car dealership. Now before the car broke down, I actually came here with a friend before and sat there for like an hour while the guy with the big head and slick hair sat there and pretended that was doing our paperwork when he was working on someone elses account!! Instead of saying, Ill get back to you, this is what Im doing, he just had us sitting there looking stupid. Then these folks have been caught up in scams before so military folks, BEWARE. So I go back there because I needed a car ASAP and I asked the guy about the hybrid car, and he says to me, "Whats a hybrid?" WHATTTTTT!! Im sitting there explaining to the car salesman what a hybrid car is. Then, they called me and told me I was per-approved for a car blah blah blah, then when I got there, they couldnt even find my information. hahhaa. Then here is the BEST PART...I was sitting there with the horrible car sales guy who spent an hour looking for my paper work, and another 45 minutes trying to re-do everything. Then he gave it again to the guy with the big head and slick hair who again, was working on other accounts and not even telling you anything. I was used to it at this point. So while I waited, I asked the car salesman what else they had. And he asked me what else I liked. Of course, I wanted him to show me and he says and I quote "Its too cold outside. You can go and look and I can give you the key." The next five minutes, I walked out and was able to get a car through my credit union. Horrible, just horrible.

I had a great experience at Professional Auto Sales. Marc is great, I went there looking at a specific vehicle and it was on the lot but it had a transmission issue so it wasnt for sale. I asked him if he could get the vehicle fixed and sell it to me and he refused to do so he said he wouldnt feel right selling me what would be in lack of a better term a "lemon" in the long run. Lots of other car lots would have had it fixed well enough to write the deal and get it off the lot, putting me on the hook for a car that wouldnt serve its purpose. Marc went to bat for me with the bank he pushed my work history with them and he got me financed and put me in a car I never dreamed I would qualify for I ended up with a great mileage Acura MDX. Im very pleased with the car and the service I received, everyone there is very friendly and more than willing to help, it wasnt a pushy hurry up and buy type deal like Ive experienced at big name dealers and it wasnt the type of small dealership that deals specifically with people with credit hiccups and makes them feel like they are their only hope and the 99 Taurus with 300k on the dash is the best deal youre going to get. Marc I truly appreciate the job you did for me you and your staff were constantly professionals THANK YOU SO MUCH, you have gained a customer for life. We will be back in a few weeks to hopefully buy another car.

WE WENT DOWN AND PUCHASED THE CAR OF OUR DREAMS HONDA ACCORD IN EXCELLENT SHAPE WE LEFT VERY HAPPY AND IT GETS BETTER I REFFERED MY CO WORKER AND RECIEVED A GENIOUS REFFERAL I DID NOT EXSPECT THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME NO THE GOOD NEWS MY COWORKER LEFT THE SUV BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO SEE IT THANKS HONEST AND MY WIFE WAS HAPPY AS WELL THANKS TOTHE GANG AT PRO/AUTOSALES ILL SEND MORE THANKS FOR MY AUTO/ CAR LOAN WHEN THE BEACH GAVE ME TROUBLE IT WAS A BREEZE THANK AGAIN OMG.
