WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus. Come pick up day, there was a scratch on the passenger side mirror. I was informed by the salesman, Drew Shoemaker, that they would resolve that and paint it. 5 months later, and I still can not get a return to my phone calls. I have called MANY times to schedule service for the vehicle that is under warranty, but not a single return phone call. I was informed there were no issues with the car. There was a recall out for the car at the time of purchase. Shady business practices, even for a used car lot.

I bought a used 2004 jeep grand cherokee from LCM and right off the bat the salesman let me know exactly what was wrong with it if anything and was honest the entire time. Next time I have to buy a car I will be coming here as they have a giant selection of vehicals and the staff is friendly and honest.
