If I could give 0 stars I would! Im young and felt completely taken advantage of at this business. Mark was the man suppose to help me but he failed to do such even when I had purchased a warrenty! I purchased a 2010 hyundai elantra. When I first got it, my vechial had battery issues. I paid to get it replaced with the promise of having no further issues. Yet another lie of this scamming buissnes! Looking into the business structure of scotts is sad. They purchase all their vehicles from the auto auction. I didnt know this when I first got my car and now have several issues which this business fails to acknowledge. My alternator needs to be replaced as well as an abs nodule. Over 700 dollars worth of repairs I cant afford and completely left without help.

I dont normally write reviews but had to share my experience . When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and I inquired about a truck I seen outfront ( I pass this store everyday on my way to work) The salesperson was very informative and reviewed with me the carfax report . I told him about my financing situation and was very pleased the way he conducted business he was very relaxed and did not give out a stressful environment . I Am happy with the truck and so far so good . Since I only purchased a few days ago I have told my friends and family about the dealership . I will send more people to this dealership also

Poor customer service.. As soon as my mother and I walked into the office, he didnt greet us or anything. I was inquiring about a vehicle that they had on their website. He pulled out the car facts and started stating a bunch of bogus. Then I asked if I could test drive the car, and he says all of the tires needed air in them. Who keeps cars on their lot that theyre trying to sell with no air in the tires?? Then he kept over talking us. This guy was just down right rude. I will not be returning to this place and I dont suggest anyone does.

I have seen the review made by Jana and can honestly say its hard to believe you werent greeted or waited on .And Carfax is not bogus and cant believe he spoke this so called bogus talk . I have bought a car from this dealer ,have referred customers without issues also .If anything is BOGUS its you and your review .

I was in need of a car and was sent/refered by my family member who already bought a truck from scotts auto mart about 2 months ago . When I arrived I was treated very well and he was very informative and gave me all the information I needed . The selection was nice and prices were very fair Thanks guys .
