So..........I hesitated to give 2 stars, but .......... I am a very very positive person and very patient person at that. My Credit is what it is and I knew going into this deal I would be on the down side of the loan and the down payment, BUT...................... No one could explain to me how automobiles that were the same price (maybe within $500.00 of one another could have such a HUGE different down payment. Even the mileage was very similar. EX: 2007 BMW $3500 DP, 2007 Audi $1400 DP, 2012 Chevy $500-$1000 DP??????? 2005 Mercedes Benz 110,00k miles $2500 DP??? Not even the managers could explain this. I got the typical, its not determined by our store, its in the system excuse. I will not throw people under the bus (managers) but Tori you get an A++++++ and should be promoted to manager ASAP!!!! Tori even drove the car up to the Enterprise Rental where I had to drive my rental back to and picked me up all with a smile on her face and shared in conversation about our growing up in the north and how CS is way different up there compared to the south where no one is in a hurry to do anything, (Again both Managers at this location). Tori even tried to detail the car for delivery and had little to nothing to even clean the windows, REALLY???? But did the best she could and I appreciate this Tori!!! The manager that had my packet at the end piddled around, laughed ate food, took about 5 calls, listen to employees jokes, walked to the back about 2-3 times to get whatever, then sat at the desk for another 20 minutes slouched over, very unprofessional and then after an hour and 22 minutes decided to come over and go over my (what seemed like 50 pages) of the agreement and financing paperwork. Thanked me and walked back over to horse around with the other manager and employees. Again, No name dropping but REALLY??? management is suppose to lead by example and the example at the Stone Mountain Location is to talk about folks behind their backs when they are trying to get their credit and situation back on track, not laugh about the down payment or the questions they ask, or even that they couldnt understand their accent and laugh it up for 20 minutes, all the while the store is packed and people are walking out due to POOR Customer Service. The care I got has an issue with the check engine light and they sent it out for repair??? I called and no one could tell me the status other than it would be a few days???? Tori tried for two days to get a status and the managers were worthless in helping her. I called and talked an awesome technician at the shop and he told me he would get the car squared away and get it back to the lot ASAP if he could. 2 days later I was told it was fixed. I came in to get the care and within 2 hours of driving it off the lot the check engine light came on. Guess what the manager told me when I called. Well sir, look at your paperwork and call the number on the paperwork and go through the warranty company to get this resolved. No recollection that the car even just had the same issue at all, no apology, no customer service at all, worthless!!!! And this is what Drive time calls management? The warranty company is fantastic so you got some great folks there Drive Time. I believe Jeannene (sp?) helped out as well and did not want to leave her out because she was awesome too, thank you. The tag personnel (female) was pleasant also and one other young man (GA FAN) was very nice and talkative, BRAVO my man!!! and thank you as well. So, if you want an true and honest review, this is it. I am a Christian and believe there is good in all and want good for all people. I was raised to believe in the good of people and to take care of people and this is not cutting it Drive Time at all. Hopefully everyone has a great holiday season and Tori gets that promotion she so well deserves and turns this location around ASAP, it needs it....

Dont walk away...RUN!!! Due to unfortunate circumstances, my husband and I are in a situation like many others where Drivetime is nearly our only option in trying to repair our credit as well as get a much needed vehicle. Ive spent the past two days online researching, emailing a sales person & speaking on the phone multiple times with the Stone Mountain location. I was VERY specific as well as extremely candid about our situation. They knew that I needed to do as much of the transaction as possible over the phone being that it was an hour and a half drive for us to their location. MULTIPLE times we went over the EXACT car we were wanting and verified that it would be there. I sent over every bit of paperwork they asked for yesterday to get us approved (this was 10am yesterday morning) Had to call all day long to finally get answers late yesterday evening. Needless to say, as soon as we arrived (before the doors even opened) we had a BAD feeling due to not seeing the car on their lot. We go in and sure enough, THEY SOLD IT OUT FROM UNDER US. Made up this elaborate story as though "It must have happened at the last minute before we closed" Only to find out that the lady who was supposed to be HELPING us was the one who sold the car. NO WONDER SHE DIDNT CALL US BACK ALL DAY LONG!!! They then explain to me that they cant hold cars without some sort or payment, yet no one even tried explaining this to me yesterday. They just assumed I would drive all the way there and they could be lucky enough to put me in a car. Not to mention, we were going to use our current vehicle as a trade in which is in immaculate condition, its just a large SUV & expensive on gas. They do what they call an "appraisal" look at it, check mileage, DONT EVEN DRIVE IT & offer us 2k BELOW TRADE-IN VALUE! Very insulting for them to waste so much of our time then to have the nerve to ask if we would like to put cash down. After selling the car we settled on? NO THANK YOU! We understand that you deal with high risk customers and its your job to make as much money our of us as possible, but this was a horrible experience for someone serious about purchasing not one but possibly two vehicles from your lot! Cant say we wont return to drivetime, but I can promise you we WILL NOT be back to the Stone Mountain Ga location! Wasted an entire day of work, paid useless babysitter fees & came home with an empty gas tank!

EDIT June 2017: After having my car for a few months, I learned that I was forced to buy optional extras. I was told by the rep that it was a necessity to buy the GPS tracker, gap instead and warranty. The gap insurance was going to be purchased whether it was required or not but Im a mechanic. Why would I need a warranty? GPS tracker? Its fully insured. If you want it that bad, take it. Its partially my fault for not reading the the optional extras page before signing it. Its not an excuse, but I was in a bit of an emergency situation when I bought the car. As soon as I found out, I promptly cancelled those optional items. Of course, I was only refunded a prorated amount. So now, Im only $10,000 upside down on this car. Smh. This will definitely...DEFINITELY be my last purchase from Drive Time or any other company affiliated with them. The customer service here is second to none. Absolutely great. I cant say the same about their corporate office and service departments. That car I purchased was NOT serviced before it was put on the lot. Ive been dealing with the corporate office and silver rock (warranty company) for 3 weeks to have this car repaired and still have not gotten anything accomplished. I really want to give them this car back and go someplace else. My patience is gone. This will be the LAST car I ever buy from drive time. I only went there b/c of special circumstances to begin with. I have tons more to say but I will stop here.
