La peor experiencia compre una ven nissan quest 2006 poco meses atras y desde el prinsipio fue una pesadia la transsmision fallo la primer semana despues de la compra estubo en el taller por un mez bota aceite por todos lados no deverian de poner ala venta beiculos con esos tipos de problemas este diler es una estafa vien formada el propietario compra los autos de la subasta los que se vean mas enteros por fuera no le inporta si tienen problemas mecanicos fuertes una ves das el deposito no te lo regresa

The initial experience was great ! But after they had my money Leo particularly stopped responding. Made false promises. 3 weeks later my check engine light came on . Stated he would paint my car and only painted the part you could see the rust and scratch marks from them moving the cars. Then relocated and did not inform anyone. In house financing seemed really convenient until me paying early and on time was not reported to the credit bureau, lied about that ! So essentially Im paying for a car I cant even use to get to the new location. Their lying method is very inconvenient and seems like I have been blocked on the company number because they are open but my call keeps getting forwarded automatically! However, Sergio at the Jonesboro location has been my superhero and the only reason I would think about getting a car thru HIS LOCATION ! Other than that Leo and his Doraville location has horrible absolute horrible customer service!

There are a lot of used car dealerships. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this place! Buying the car was easy but after they took my money getting any service was impossible. They told me they would fix some issues but it never happened and they installed a faulty and used steering wheel column on the vehicle. They also told me after I paid my deposit that they didnt have the title to the vehicle but they expected it to come within 2 weeks and I couldnt back out of the deal without losing my deposit. Well it took almost three months for the title come. I was calling and texting multiple people and no one responded. By the time I was able get the title and go and get my tag I had to pay penalties to the state. To sum it all up this was the worst car buying experience ever.

This place has the worst customer service. NEVER think about stepping foot on this lot. Bought a car with many many problems. They lied about it having a new battery and it turns out its a year old and refurbished. They lie about fixing things and they didnt even have the title of the car when I bought it. I am in the process of getting my money back with getting the court involved. They lie, sold me a defective vehicle, and kept all my money and refuses to give it back. I wouldnt ever recommend this place to ANYONE. Now I have to pay a lawyer because of this awful dealership. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I purchased a jeep partiot from these scammers ! Battery keeps dying . They sold me a defective vechile tire pressure sensors not working . No oil change no spare tires . They also sold me a vechile with burnt out shocks cost to fix all of these issues is 2000 . They dont pick up there phone on top of that. SCAMMERS !!! Be aware! All the tires are not the same size they told me there was a warranty and the warranty denied all claims !! Preffered warranties is the worst warranty! Warranty contracts should be clear and visible not small and tiny! Daniel is a rude person very disrespectful.

Worst experience ever, my engine locked up in less than a month and they refuse to take responsibility, never answered the phone, I has a bad battery that I had to replace I was broke down after the first 3 days. And they are refusing to refund me or exchange my vehicle. I just lost 3000$. Never buy from this place. This business is a horrible stench and has no respect for neighbors. They have no interest in abiding by county regulations, constantly spilling over the house across Lake Dr that is not zoned for their use and also impeding traffic. The property owner used corrupt measures to get the place approved when neighbors fought against it and the conditions were never fully met. Please DO NOT give them your business!

Best used car dealership on Buford Hwy. The young salesperson was very kind and did not push me to buy. He was able to negotiate the price down for me and he gave me a free three month warranty on top of that. Im very happy with my vehicle. I paid for mine cash, but they have 4 months same as cash and a decent finance option with no credit required. Highly recommend this dealership.

Currently under litigation for selling a known defective broken down vehicle and not returning down payment. Never buy from this place of business without a legal binding agreement that you can get your money back after you break down on the side interstate within 48 hrs of purchase due to a defective vehicle. Follow up weekly on this litigation against this auto sales company.

They claimed there was no check engine light on in my car and that it had clean emissions. A week later my check engine light was on. Its obvious they had a mechanic reset it to pass emissions! After I told them about it, Daniel in particular, stopped replying. Horrible business! Not to mention Daniel flirts with clients!
