Here is my personal experience with this store. These guys over charge out of the roof on their products, are rude in discussion with customers(ones who decide the final price not the regular sales reps) and at least on one instance gave me a product(bracelet) saying its made of 22k gold and it turned out to be 21k. I had stopped going to this store after that fiasco. I went back today for a very small item, earrings for my toddler as we needed to replace her sterilized ear rings and i am afraid nothing has changed in the last few years. A 2.2 gram gold item was labelled over 300$ when todays 22k gold rate is 39.3$ per gram. Typical making charges etc. across the world are 15%. So something that should cost us 100$ is labelled over 300$ and after all the back and forth turned out to be 130$. Granted this is a small item but if such are their prices and the customer service is so poor why would I ever go back to this store for any bigger product. When I mentioned todays rate to the gentlemen there, he showed 46$ per gram price which is for 24k after adding a 50$ fee that I know would be added when any one purchases 1 ounce gold coin but again for 24k gold. This product is not made of 24k gold. A gullible customer who does not do basic research about gold prices will fall prey to all these techniques. When I mentioned about how they sold me a product saying it was made of 22k gold and turned out to be 21k, gentlemans answer was, if you take any stores product to any other store they would say the same thing, this was a straight answer with out any further inquiry about my grievance forget the acknowledgement. On top of that the lady said, you will come back to the same store, suggesting the obvious that you do not have other options hence we give a damn about you. I travel oversees and have the luxury to buy from else where but for those who do not have the same luxury, i suggest you travel to neighboring cities (Atlanta/Miami/Orlando etc) where there is more than one store so you can get competitive price specially when you are spending lot of money or at the very least better customer service.

Excellent collection and superb friendly service. I do not know first thing about buying gold or diamond jewellery but as it is Mothers day tomorrow, decided to get my mom something special. I am truly glad i decided to come here, ANISHA was just outstanding in helping me out. I had a very pleasant experience at Malani today. Both of the young ladies who attended me were so very courteous, helpful and nice. They nicely showed me everything that I wanted to see and answered all questions I asked of them. They were so friendly, I felt as if I were talking with my own relatives. Customer service sucks. Owner talk like shyt, he dont know how to take care of customers. Very very very bad experience. Dont go there for any items. I would rather give more money to small retailers. I bought golden chain from there and broke immediately after paying bill and i was in the shop. I asked him to repair chain and he said they dont care after i paid bill so go away from my shop. I had big arguments but he behaved like shyt person and told me to get out from shop as i was only small item buyer. Think before you go there

We baught delicate necklace which we got in no time as they have tremendous designs to select. The staff over there is so helpful. The girl shindhu helped us with trying different designs to my wife ,so we could get decision very fast . They really have reasonable rates for new designs which I believe is the everyone hope for. Please do no waste your time and money here. The quality of the product is very bad and if you inquire about the issues, you will only get a rude response and treated badly. They treat the customers very bad. I have known couple of people who warned me but still i went ahead with my purchase and now i know i should have heeded to their warnings. Beware before buying here.. Check the product quality upfront.. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere in my life.

Great service here! Theyre so friendly when you walk in and they dont overbear you with questions as youre looking. They actually let you look freely without someone breathing down your neck! Ive come here to get my necklace fixed and the gentleman in the back doing the adjustments is really great - hes super fast, very precise and very inexpensive as well. Their collection is THE BEST in Tampa. I highly recommend coming here for any repairs/ purchase.
