I find the workers at this HEB to be very courteous. My husband and I are both business owners and for the people below, if something is wrong, you must tell the business owner. If you do not, then things cannot be corrected. Also, mistakes can be made because people are only human. If something is wrong, let them know so they can correct the mistake. I never complain on reviews like this because all businesses make mistakes. They do not want it to be like that but they must trust their workers to do a good job. If they dont know whats happening they cannot correct it. Ive gotten cakes from this HEB and they were very good. The experience below is just one experience and cannot affect a decision. I have found that I did not like the pharmacy there but then I went back a year later and I did like it. It all depends on who is working there but the owner must know what is going on for corrections to be made. I would report to a manager first and then if the manager doesnt respond, then report to the CEO. You can find them usually by typing in your search engine, CEO HEB corporate office. You can then at least call the office and at least leave a message on the CEOs voice mail. They will listen because it is important to them that their businesses are running the way they should be. But keep in mind that businesses do make mistakes and that the owners are trying their best to run it. If you owned a business you would not treat people terribly only to lose business; however, the workers below you, who have no idea what goes on with owning a business, most of the time could care less. HEB in Georgetown is a wonderful HEB!! I have no problems with them!!

I will call this fleecing of HEB according to zip code. I recently went in for Alaskan Cod from the sea food market. I told the employee I wanted the tails cut off. She told me she could not do that because she can not sale the cut off portion. I spotted a manager who promptly let me know he was manager of produce, but was willing to lesson. He stated that did not sound right and called for store manager Dedra. After hearing my store Store manager stated the associate at fish market was probably right, but your my customer so Ill take care of you. Well why should i give her my money if i must be taken care of on a as need basis? I told her no. I drove across town to a different HEB location. At the fish market my request was no problem. This HEB location services a different demographic area of town. Being they are of the same company, I must conclude the higher the household income the more HEB can sock it to you.

WEDDING FLORAL BOUQUET. I ordered my wedding bouquet from HEB, and I cannot tell you how FANTASTIC it was! I knew approximately what I wanted, the florist who designed and made the arrangement, by the name of Rachel, took what I said and created an arrangement that floored me, I was amazed by its beauty and creativity! We eloped, so my family did not see the arrangement. They recently came (from out of state) to visit and celebrate our marriage, so I had a floral bouquet made using the same flowers, this arrangement was made by the floral manager (whose name I forgot), as Rachel went somewhere else, I hope another HEB. This florist put her own design and artistry in this bouquet and she to did an outstanding job! Kudos to HEB floral. Many thanks, Jil Gilbrech, Georgetown

I work for a large, local employer and we ordered 2 cakes for a special celebration. The order was simple - 1 chocolate cake with filling and 1 white cake with filling. Both had the same simple design (2 colors and 3 words to be written on each cake). When I saw the cakes, I was disappointed. One side of the cake was falling off. The designs were elementary and shoddy. The spelling on the cake was WRONG. I am very disappointed in the cakes - especially since the CEO and CFO of our company were part of the presentation. Thanks for making our celebration a dud.

It was terrible, long line, then we get to check out to find out that their credit card/ debit card system isnt working. Instead of letting people know they were just trying to check people out and then kept telling people that they would have to suspend their sale and come back with cash. If there was a zero star option I would have chose that. Not the first problem I have had at this heb.

This H-E-B is always very crowded at all hours of the day. Customers are cranky and inconsiderate of each other. Everytime I go here I get irritated, unfortunately this is one of the only two H-E-Bs in Georgetown that is close enough for me. Service is great, dont get me wrong, employees are helpful. Most of the time they dont have much of produce in stock though.

Named "Gucci B" by the locals, this HEB is one of the fanciest around. It is a little older than the HEB Plus down the way, but they are going to update this location and make it an HEB Plus soonish. If you like bulk food sections, theirs will rival any. And, as with any HEB, their prices are the best in town.

Right now everything is torn up in a remodel. This store has narrower aisles than others and the Sun City people tend to park their shopping carts in the middle of the aisle which is annoying. Lets redo the review when remodeling is done. To HEB, Georgetown needs another store.

Why are the automatic doors open when you walk up to them. I walked in thinking it was open 10 min until 6am and was turned away. Ill have to think about returning. Whats so special about the deli that it has to open an hour after the store. #stupid

There customer service needs to get better. I called about the business center hours was told they opened at 8 wrong. Get there next morning found they open at 9 and then they were late opening it up, girl lied about getting there 1 min till 9.

Love my HEB! The employees are friendly and its easy to find everything. They are renovating right now and everythings a bit crazy. I just look at it as a game and Im gonna be a winner. So far I am finding everything Im looking for!

Nice store! Im from Illinois we dont have HEB up here. Very clean produce looked good. The bakery looked really good, ppl were making cakes and all sorts of things as I walked by. Meat department has Kobe beef. How cool is that...

I shop here often. Its a busy HEB because its that good of a store. Great prices, specials every time you go there, coupons already there by the product. Even free items with the purchase of another. Great idea to earn loyalty!
