Somehow Ive have missed the sign or advisement to say free donuts to mexican children especially when they pick up several donuts and put back the ones they do not like. Im waiting for the day to say free donuts for white children, maybe the FOX IS GUARDING HEB HOUSE in this case for I have reported this before and no response. Free is OK if you really need it but not in these cases, their baskets carts are full for sugar items and soda pops and paid with the lone star card. Then the children are given the HEB BUDDY BUCKS to reward them for their thief. No wander modern society is confused on the subject of moral value... Maybe when the local health dept get more wind of this HEB might do something, but until then its FREE.....Suggestion, only buy donuts in packages.....

I have been going to this HEB for 8 year and I absolutely love it! Yes, Ive seen some comments about this HEB being too small and not having a big enough selection of products but I beg to differ. They have all of the products needed and then some. The folks that work there are always nice! The pharmacy is awesome too. On a side note, the comment about this HEB giving more attention to those individuals on welfare/foodstamps is completely incorrect. Im a professor at a university in central texas and I get just as much attention as those who make less money. Yes, there is a much bigger HEB in Sun City but I do think it is better. In fact, it seems a bit more expensive to me! :)

I always find what I need. If I have trouble finding something employees are always friendly and helpful. They offer carry out service and are always smiling. Once my (potty training) son had to go potty but the bathrooms were closed for cleaning. The manager had someone watch my full cart of groceries (already paid for) and showed us to the upstairs employee bat bathroom. And prices are usually cheaper than the only other grocery store in my area.

OK this isnt the largest or best stocked of HEB stores...may even be a training ground for bigger stores BUT I can say that the staff we encounter are always attentive and helpful. Our 2 yr old was running through the store and fell busting his lip wide open. Staff came from everywhere. Sure liability was an issue but they were a concerned group for my son not did he slip or fall from something on floor. Bravo and do what you do best!

The store was so dirty it smelled bad. The parking lot smelled bad. The bathroom was discusting no soap the water just trickled out the girl who rung us up barely spoke to us and the bagger kid through our stuff around and put way to much stuff in them a couple of my bags broke trying to get them out of the car. Worst heb i have ever been to makes me sad this is the only one in georgetown

Smaller store and layed out to find what I needed easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Normally when I go to an HEB thst I s not my usual store, I have problems finding what I came for, due to a different layout. Not the case at this store. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The parking lot had a red parking, making it easier to see backing out of my space.

Small HEB. Small selection. If you want anything that would be found in the bulk aisle or health food aisle you will have to go to a different heb. Parking is always full, always crowded. Nice staff. Clean facilities, produce always looks decent. I wish they would expand this to have a fuller selection so I wouldnt have to drive so far to find some of the things I use.

HEB is one of the great things about living in Texas. I love their stores. I love their Texas-themed food products like Hatch Chili Stuffed Salmon. This location is MY HEB. Its a bit old, and not as bright and shiny as their new flagship stores. But, this store is always stocked with my goodies, and the staff is over the top friendly and helpful. I love my HEB.

Have bought near expired meat and yogurt here, but normally find a decent produce selection. In my opinion there are better looking and better stocked stores, but it works in a pinch. Tortilla machine has been known to act up so their selection in that regard has been sporadic.

Stacy in the Seafood department took the extra effort to make our 22nd a great dinner. We ordered the King Crab and we were a little worried as others in the past had steamed them too much or too little. Stacy got it perfect and with a great smile! Thanks a million:)

Of all the supermarkets in the cenTex mkt, HEB leads the pack in low prices, convenient locations, well trained and friendly staff and variety of goods. And if you dont find what you are wanting, they will add the item to their inventory if you ask. Love, love my HEB!

Too crowded. Im not talking about with people. They are very busy, but the shelving is too close together. Its difficult to pass anyone on an isle, and if theyre stocking, its rediculous. This location hasnt been able to keep up with the population growth.

I shop there regularly ... you cant miss it. Well, evidently SOMEONE can ... but if you have your eyes open and look anywhere near the I-35/University n/e corner - youll see a HUGE HEB sign and a good sized strip mall attached. Peace ... D

This is my favorite store to shop. I can go in and get everything I need .all the checker s no who you are .there is all ways a sell clean.And if you need help you get it right away you dont have. To go look for it .they get you in and out .

Kind of old with small isles that could be wider.only two stars for this Store because the express lines are too slow. The cashiers spend too much time chattering to customers rather than keeping the line moving. Hello, Express Line!

This grocery store is in a convenient location. Its usually quick to get in and out. Unfortunately because it is a small location, it doesnt always carry or in stock of some items. This store is also showing its age.

I feel that HEB provides competitive pricing and excellent customer service. The grocery selections are tailored to local tastes. I also prefer the layout and "feel" of HEB stores.

Living in Jarrell this was my HEB...a little dated and the parking lot is set up a little weird...all in all though...very friendly staff and very competitive prices all year round!

Love HEB!!!! Wish they had them in Garland, TX. Every time Im in the Austin area have to go and get items that HEB carries and take them back to Dallas. Definitely a 5 star store.
