Steve arranged the flowers for my daughters wedding. They couldnt have been more magnificent! This was a very intimate wedding, and the bouquet and centerpieces beguiled one and all with their extraordinary mix of colors and textures, with an emphasis on unusual plant materials. Steve captured the tone of the event perfectly. Lesser establishments were ready to pawn off boring, humdrum floral arrangements on us, but The Flower Bucket doesnt do boring. Guests fought over the centerpieces after the event! Avail yourself of this sublime florists services and youll be glad you did!

Whats the use of having a section for delivery instructions if youre not going to use them? My husband ordered Valentines flowers on Friday with specific instructions that I work 8-4. When they werent delivered by 3 he calls and was told they were enroute. After 4:10 he calls and they have the audacity to tell him it just says deliver anytime today (even though his receipt shows he stated by 4) and that they can deliver on another day. For the money they charge, he expected better service. I wouldnt recommend this company.

I came in about a month before my wedding. I told the gentleman that while flowers are a big part of the day, they are not the most important part. I told him my colors. I said I wanted calla lilies and greenery. That is it. I showed up the day of the wedding and all the bouquets and boutonnieres were simple and perfect. All of the staff is professional and caring. I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else for my flower needs in Austin!

I placed an order online this morning for a same day delivery, which when I placed the order it said delivery today was available, an hour later the called and said they didnt see the order until they turned off the orders for today, and their deliveries for today were full. I canceled order and they sounded more relieved than upset that I do not get my order. Will never use the Flower Bucket again. Beware when you place an order!

Terrible experience! The flowers arrived at 7pm and appeared old (died in 2 days). The driver did not knock or call to alert the recipient that they had arrived. When new flowers were requested through FTD, no arrangement arrived for 3 days despite frequent assurances that they would arrive. What was supposed to be a nice surprise turned into a nightmare of phone calls.

Ive been going here for years. They are friendly, helpful, and patient. Prices are on par with other florists but its the quality of flowers and arrangements that set this shop apart. Kate is a particularly helpful and generous employee. Im a pretty demanding customer and I have never been disappointed. The flower bucket is a true gem in Austin.

I have been getting all of my Valentine and Anniversary arrangements from them for years and have yet to be disappointed. More importantly, my wife is yet to be disappointed. I name a price and let them do their thing. They have really fresh, fragrant flowers and know how to arrange them. Plus, as other reviewers have said, the staff is great.

Although the flowers I received were pretty, they were not the flowers nor the size that I ordered and they looked like they hadnt been handled with the best care. I paid $85 for flowers I couldve picked up for $30, at the most, and for this reason I am unimpressed and will not be ordering or recommending this florist in the future.

I ordered a delivery to a state office building and they tried to deliver after 5:00. Now this was of course on the busy flower day of Groundhog day, but it seems like they could have managed to get it there prior to 5pm since it isnt likely you will find anyone there after 5. For the size of the delivery fee, I expect better.

Disgusting service! They told me they can send a hydraganea plant but I had to wait for a day since they didnt have them in stock. 1 week later we still havent gotten anything and finally they say that they cannot do anything since it was out of season. Why didnt you tell me that in the first place?

Horrible experience! Ordered the flowers several days in advance. Requested the delivery between 8 and 4. My wife ended up staying late to wait for the flowers and they still never made it. I will never order from here again!
