I tried ordering something different. They said I couldnt. I said they could charge me extra for rush shipping, etc....whatever it took to get me the flower I requested. They said no.....Curly Willow Floral Studio said NO PROBLEM! I called back to let them know I needed to cancel my order with them...and let them know they had competition that could get me what I had requested. The sales girls response????? "IM GLAD YOU ARENT OUR CUSTOMER!" and then hung up the phone! After waiting about a 1/2 hour ( to find a zen like state, haha), I requested the manager. I tried letting her know (since owners dont see EVERYTHING their employees do) exactly what had happened with the "hang up"...and as soon as I got to the part of using a different florist she said, "I hope you are happy with THEM." AND HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL! So much disrespect for a customer?!!!! Never heard of it.....and especially when so many businesses are struggling. If you are looking to spend YOUR money on what YOU want.....this is NOT the florist for you. Go to Curly Willow!

I cannot say enough about this florist. I moved to the area about 1 year ago and after using several different florists, A Matter of Taste is the one I will definitely call with all my floral needs. I have not been disappointed with any of their work and this include my daughters recent wedding! They made this stressful event such a breeze and were there to make every decorating detail precise and had the best ideas and guided me through like a breeze!! Their experience definitely shows, along with their courteous and business manner. Every arrangement I have ordered has been fresh and long lasting, and I know I can depend on them even at the spur of the moment.

Great customer service and gorgeous floral arrangement! My husband picked this flower shop to send flowers to his mom on her birthday. We have had a few negative experiences with florists prior so he called this place with a bit of attitude. Whoever answered the phone got the whole back story and kudos to them for handling my sometimes abrasive husband. The flowers were delivered perfectly and were really stunning. My mother in law sent us a picture of her with her flowers and she was beaming. We are out of state and sending flowers are such a nice way to express our love as an addition to cards, presents, and phone calls.This is now our go-to florist in Georgetown.

I received a lovely arrangement for Mothers Day on Friday 5/11 and by Mothers Day 5/13 the arrangement had started dropping leaves and petals. I called on Monday to advise the florist thinking theyd rather I told them than everyone else. I didnt ask for a new arrangement or make any demands - just wanted to let them know and maybe receive an apology. Instead I got attitude and a promise that the florist would return my call. Its now been >48 hours and no return call. Ive received a LOT of flowers over the years and Ive never received any that started falling apart so quickly. Hugely disappointed.

I called and ordered a standing spray for a funeral for 89.93.,I got a very very small vase Called them from funeral home I am not happy, can not believe those flowers are from ME. Lady says she will refund to credit card. Called two days later, no refund yet, oh yes they know about me, call Monday to see if they have refunded. HALF. WHERE did HALF come in, I was pretty upset, so now I am still waiting on half. This Lady did say she was sorry I did not get what I had ordered, I told her she was sweet, and the first to say anything about being sorry. It was a funeral you know folks.

I have used A Matter of Taste florist for all of my floral needs for years. I have enjoyed their amazing works of floral art for parties, showers, birthdays, even my sisters wedding. I have never been disappointed and am always amazed at what creation they come up with next. Even when I dont know what Im looking for and just have an idea, they make it come alive and even better than what I was thinking. Their service is impeccable, their prices reasonable, and the flowers last and last. You cant go wrong with this amazing shop.

I ordered a dozen pink roses for Mothers Day to be delivery 5/5/16. They were beautiful till Saturday where half had bent over and dropping pedals, by Sunday most were the same and Monday dead. I called on Saturday, though it was late I left a message about the roses ($85.00) $109 after all was said and done and still have not received an return call. Should have bought the roses at HEB for half that price and got same result.... They were only pretty for a day. Wont depend on them again.

I found this business online and called from out of state to order flowers. The person I dealt with on the phone was excellent. She found out my desires and then made very helpful suggestions about which flowers were best to send. The recipient in Sun City Georgetown said it was one of the nicest, if not the nicest flowers she had ever received. They were lovely and long lasting, like I had requested. They were delivered promptly, with a phone call first. I couldnt be happier! USE THEM!

I called out of state to place an order for a birthday arrangement for a family member there in Georgetown. I picked this florist because they had many great reviews and beautiful web page and seemed like they would deliver needless to say I paid $80 and these flowers looked liked they didnt even belong at a funeral! I am very upset and it seems if you are not there physically to get profiled, you will not be getting what you want!

I ordered a funeral spray from out of town and described to Beth what I wanted for my loved one. Not only did the arrangement exceed my expectation, but I was sent a photograph before delivered to funeral home. They even made last minute embellishments because additional flowers had come in which proves they truly care. Thank you for making a difficult time so beautiful.

A Matter of Taste provided flowers for my wedding. They are tied with the photographer (an old family friend) for the prize of the least stressful to work with. They executed my vision perfectly and expertly handled changes to the order. My flowers were fragrant and beautiful on the day of, and photographed perfectly. I highly recommend them!!

A wonderful experience. Btenda took time to listen to my sons request concerning a corsage for prom. She gave excellent advice on color and flowers. This florist is the worst florist is Georgetown. Paulette their designer has an attitude. Paulette made a special gift for my girlfriend a horrible experience that ruined a very special night for us. I would never send anyone to this florist shop. I have asked for the owner to call me and we will see what happens.
