I would give them no stars if it were possible, I dont know how they stay in business, They had my Jeep for a steering column repair for over a month(they ordered the wrong part, three times) then the car wouldnt start they advised a new fuel pump, turned out to be a fuse. when I finally got the car back the fuse which keeps the car running blew again leaving me stranded, the same fuse which blew in their shop they replaced the fuse, but didnt track down the cause, I could have been killed if this happened on the freeway, back to the shop for diagnosis, they kept it for another week, they said the problem was unrelated to the repair (it didnt do that before the repair)and was going to cost me another $300.00 it was a simple repair, so I had them order the part, they didnt order the part, when I complained to the parts person, he claimed that the part was at another dealer I asked him to call the dealer and have it waiting for me, which he said he did, upon my arrival at the other dealer ship, I was informed that no one had called them, lied to by the parts guy. stay away from this place, they take no responsibility for their poor service,and you may end up dead.

Hi I came in today with some questions about purchasing a new car. The sales associate John was helpful until I told him I did not want to run my Credit right away. He than threw my license at me and told told me he couldnt help me. I have never been treated so rudely in my life I am a chrysler employee and I will be letting my fellow work associates not to come here to purchase a vehicle. John did not know I worked for chrysler otherwise Im sure he would have had a different tone. Everyone should be treated with respect and he has none and he also told me he was the manager when I asked to speak to one if this is so you guys need to oversee who you have running your dealership. They are friendly when youre purchasing and a nightmare after theyve received your money. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. My title has the wrong milage on it, and they added fees at the last minute even though I traded in a vehicle. This place almost caused my credit union to decline my purchase due to Lousy paperwork. Then to make matters worse, 2 days after I drove off the lot my brand new car broke down & they said they cant help me. Sick sad world. I work for Chrysler & I recommend you shop elsewhere. I wish more people added reviews so we can accurately chose a decent place to spend our hard earned money.

I have been trying to reach the service department for a week now and no one answers or returns my calls or the Receptionist has been unable to reach the service department transferring me over 3-4 times each time I call. Jeep/ Chrysler Capital has been working with me because I am trying to find a dealership that could service my newer Patriot on a issue tat I have been having because Cueter has been incompetent and its been in 6 times at Cueter, Guess I will try finding another Jeep service place to help me resolve my issue and hopefully one that can respond back. I will be reporting this to Jeep capital.

Rude, rude, rude is all I can say if the dealership closed down it would serve them right!! I needed my remote key reprogram and it was not under warranty, and it was $600 to replace so I had to leave my car up there because the car was dead, the dealership called fussing on how my car was in the way and that I needed to come pick it up but at the time I had absolutely no money until Friday, and again very rudely he said well you need to come get your car before to start to charge you storage. I will never come here again

Told us if we could get our van to them that they would be able to fix our transmission. After 6 hours we were told that they hadnt even looked at it and that their transmission tech was going to school and wouldnt be back for several days. We were told that it would take 1-2 weeks before our van would be ready. We had our van towed to them and then had to have it towed again to another dealership. We were 9 hours from home and wasted a whole day fooling around with them. Poor business and horrible customer service!

All the salesmen are incredibly friendly as are the service staff too. On top of that they do a lot of follow ups after you buy your car to make sure that you dont have any issues or questions. So whether your getting your car serviced or looking to get a car they are very friendly and helpful. The selection of cars is also pretty nice, they have jeeps dodges chryslers and ram trucks. I most certainly recommend stopping by to check out their cars and chat with salesmen about them.

I purchased a 300s brand new from northland Chrysler. I cant find the wheel lock key and they are the only dealer that worked my vehicle. I talk the Jim McCain the service director who was rude and refused to help me. Then I attempted to talk to the general manager they refuse to let me. They refused to help me because I made a complaint to Chrysler about the bad customer service. After I contacted Chrysler another dealer stated they will help me.

I brought my car in there for service, I talk to Brandon in service, he was every rude, loud and argued with me about my bill. He smelled of alcohol, so I asked to see his boss. He kept yelling at me that he was the boss until the service manager Jim McCain came out. He refused to help me out with my bill until I told him I was going to Chrysler about his employee. WORSE PLACE EVER! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to go there.

The rudest service I have ever received. They made me feel like they didnt want my business. No one greeted me they just stood there. I had to acknowledge them. After them giving me some rude remarks. I just left and went to another dodge dealership where they happily took my truck in and took care of me. The employees need some personality, and customer care classes

Their service department is Horrible. They told me I had an hour wait. That turn into 3 hours. Please do not get serviced here they are very rude. I needed a oil change and a tire rotation. He allowed five cars after me to go a head of me. I ask him what was the hold up he stated that they only needed an oil change.

The most crappy dealer in town, the always did the fake advertising when you go there its totally different and there sales people not professional at all. So please dont go there on any kind of advertisements. Try to stay away from them.
