Things can happen wrong once, but not every time...... Went to dealer in March of 2014 to buy a Honda car. We were looking for a Sedan in the likes of CivicAccord. The prices that we were looking for did not materialize. So we told the Sales consultant "Shameem" that at current prices we cannot afford the car. He asked us what our price point was.We gave our number. At this point of time, if the numbers dont work, he could simply say the deal does not work out. Our gentlemen Mr Shameem says "You are of your mind? " This is the kind of respect that Mr Shameem gives to its customers. Dont ever buy a car from Tamaroff Honda or Nissan. If at all you need to go, book an appointment with some other sales consultant or go somewhere else. After a couple of weeks, we went to another dealer and got a good deal. They give respect to the customers, at least listen and workout a plan. We bought an Accord. While closing the deal,I told their manager that we went to Tamaroff as well. The first question he asks was "Did you work with Shameem?" not Mark or Sean or somebody else Apparently his arrogance and indifference to customers is so widely known. After 4 months I met with another friend who brought a Honda car, and the first discussion that comes out is how bad is ShameemTamaroff. They are notorious for their behavior. Well did i learn my lesson, not yet :-) :-( In Feb 2015 we wanted a second car and had a deal at Tamaroff Nissan. Oh god the deal was good, but my call was routed to Mr Shameem. :-(( Nothing wrong to give a second chance(3rd chance, considering my friends experience as well) Mr Shameem calls 3 times in the day and gives us an appointment. We told him the choices we were looking for. He comes at his own time 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. We inquire about the car we talked earlier in the day. He says the car is already sold out. When we asked why couldnt he inform us earlier. He says it is not his responsibility if a car is sold out. But did we not discuss about this car when we made this appointment?? Had he had the minimum courtesy to at least inform us that car is sold, we would not made a 20 mile trip for nothing. There was another car as well we wanted to see, apparently that car too was sold out. And a similar car would cost us 600 additional dollars, all they were interested is to rob money from us for buying the same car. The manager Mr Mark at Nissan as well was not kind enough. Now i understand why people like Shameem work at Tamaroff who dont have bare minimum courtesy, all they know is arrogant behavior, no punctuality, abuse the customers with trash talking. This word still haunts me "Are you out of your mind" when all i said was that I cannot afford the car at that price. This ends my lengthy story, i gave myself 3 chances to buy a car at Tamaroff and all end up is feeling bad why did i go to Tamaroff. I dont say everybody is bad, but three bad experiences speak for themselves. Oh by the way, the manager at Tamaroff said he will call us tomorrow(4 days ago) to address this issue, and very well to their standard, they have not called us yet!!! Tamaroff you are worst in Customer Experience.

Service customers be aware tamaroff Honda is a rip off they over price on everything no matter how loyal you are to them they will find a way to to scam you my family and I have bought seven card from Tamaroff so Ive been calling around to find a deal on my brake replacement for my Honda accord which they told me 580 and I found it to be cheaper everywhere so I called to talk to Eric which is Tamaroffs manager to ask why there $100-150 higher Then everybody else Eric never called back I had talk to Tracy which was his secretary she told me that he would call me back but instead I got a callback from Andy the servers manager ive had a few problems with him in the past because hes known to be a liar well he call me back saying that he had spoken to Eric and that hes going to take care of me and come in this Saturday so I end up canceling my appointment that I had with Frendall Honda because they were already be in about 150 bucks and he told me that my price would be around 350 when I came in it was at 580 then they told me theyre going to take off $80 and left me at $500 I told them thats not what Andy told me they said that what he put on the note so I called back Andy and he told me that it was a misunderstanding he said that he assumed you understood that it was 350 for the front and 350 for the back I told him how Andy that would equal out to 700 thats already 120 more then what your service guy offered something isnt adding up do your math obviously math isnt his strongest subject so then I just refuse to argue with him he didnt want to do the math he didnt care whether they had my services are not only thing I regret is the fact that my family and I have purchased seven vehicles from there we spent all that money and never again will I spend a penny with Tamaroff never they are a rip off and they will rip you off now Im not a better customerI just regret dealing with these people and continue to go back to somebody that didnt care to have my service or not and couldnt even answer why their prices are higher than your own sister store I am taking to Troy motor mall and theyre going to take care of me this weekend and theyre actually charging me $400 thats about $180 less than what theyre originally changing me and $300 less then andys offered do yourself a favor shop around dont be loyal to them because theyre not loyal to you and if you feel like getting robbed just go to Tamaroff Theyll do a good job at that.

TL;DR: Manipulative, aggressive, and smug. Although my review is based on one experience with one salesperson, its still sad that the whole cartoonish salesperson persona from the 80s is still a thing at some places in 2016 and it speaks volumes about the company as a whole. My review: I notice that the company is only responding to positive reviews... Shame that Tamaroff Honda lost a potential loyal customer today. Ive had my oil changed at Tamaroff and planned on leasing a car from there as well. I received a call from Paul (Tamaroff salesperson) in regard to a recent quote request I made for a Honda Civic w/ the sensing technology. He reassured me over the phone that there were 45 available Honda Civic LXs on the lot (some with sensors, some sans sensors). So, I scheduled an appointment and left work early. After a road test, Paul informed me that there were no Honda Civic LXs with sensors available and that I could order one (6 week wait) or purchase another vehicle fully loaded (a more expensive vehicle). At that point, I was slightly disappointed that Paul had lied to me over the phone (bait-and-switch) and a bit upset that I had wasted my time and money (left work early + used Uber). He then tried his best to talk me out of buying one with the sensing technology by downplaying it and telling me how "it was only good for keeping the car in the lane". Thats a lie. Hondas sensing technology does far more than that and its still something worth having even if it didnt. I then asked to test drive the Honda Accord since the Honda Civic was smaller than I had expected and since there were none available with the sensing technology... The guy basically tried to get me to commit to purchasing it before the test drive... "Wait, what??", is what I thought to myself. Im not exactly sure what world this guy lives in, but it cant be this one. Before I make any major financial commitment, such as LEASING A CAR, Id like to test it out BEFORE making a decision. Seriously, what he said didnt even make sense to me. He left me speechless and dumbfounded. He then tried his best to comfort me by saying he "just didnt want to waste his or my time", all while smirking. Did he suddenly forget that he WORKS there? I scheduled the appointment and he, a Tamaroff salesperson, accepted. No ones time was wasted but mine. Ill never set foot in this place again. I have absolutely no problem spending my money elsewhere.
