So I had to go to Discount Tire by the week or two ago I just went in to get my tires rotated you know the usual basic rotation, they told me the wait time was going to be an hour and 15 minutes, which I said was fine because I didnt have to do anything else that day so that time goes by and then this guy comes out and says that the threads on my two front tires are showing and that they cant let me leave that building with the tires as is so we talked for a couple minutes and I was saying I couldnt afford two brand new tires even though I have the warranty on them, we talked for a few minutes more, then he said he would go back talk to his guy and see what they could do, so Im sitting there for about another 20 minutes, then this other guy comes out and calls my name he handed me my keys and said Im good to go, I was like okay Ill be back sometime next week to get two new tires for my front tires because I assumed that they had put two used tires on my car so that I can come back next week to get two new tires, because thats what I suggested that they could do and he said that that would probably be something they could do. But the guy that handed me my keys was like no no no youre all taken care of you got two new tires on there they gave me two tires on my car for free plus a rotation. I was like for real are you serious you just gave me two free tires, he was like yeah we got you taken care of. The purpose of this post is first and foremost to thank Discount Tire in Peachtree City Georgia and second to let everybody else know that if you need anything done Tire related to go to Discount Tire because they will take care of you. The gentleman that helped me was Shane, unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the gentleman that made the call to help me out. Thank you again discount tire. :)

I paid $800 for new tires, mount, balance etc. Three months later I caught a nail at work which caused the tire to leak slowly. I called the Cobb location(who were great btw) where the tires were purchased and they informed me that I could go to any discount tire location to get the two month old tire repaired. Well, I mistakenly went to Peachtree city. They took the tire off, told me it was "unrepairable" due to the tire being driven on while flat. Absolute lie! I caught the nail at work, noticed it going down in the parking lot, took a jump box out to the car, inflated the tire to 40psi and immediately drove ten miles to the store location. NEVER did I drive on the tire with it underinflated. Well, they wanted me to purchase a new tire, I didnt because I knew it was an easy fix which they refused to do. On top of that they removed two weights from the wheel which caused it to shake at high speeds. Drove to Hoffman tire, got the tire repaired(no problem), they re-balanced them and I was very satisfied. Thanks to this location, I will never do business with another discount tire for anything, for any reason.

If I could give them 10 stars then I would. The Discount Tire in Peachtree City is the best. After checking online reviews and pricing, I drove 15 miles, and passed probably 10 tire shops to do business with Discount Tire. I was not disappointed. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat and hard working. Its refreshing to see employees smiling and having a good time while theyre working. The waiting room was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. They provide you with bottled water, coffee and magazines. While youre waiting, you can watch your car being serviced through a huge window. While my car was getting new tires I heard an employee answer the phone. It was 5 minutes past closing time and it appeared that the person on the other end of the line needed a tire repaired. Much to my surprise, the employee told the person "were actually closed but if you stop by then well be glad to help you". I couldnt believe it! At any other tire shop they wouldnt even have answered the phone because they were "closed". Thanks Discount Tire! I will be a customer for years to come.

These guys are HONEST and do great work. Discount Tire/Peachtree City repaired a puncture for me (free of charge!) after I was told by a competing tire store that the tire was not repairable. I purchased a set of tires from the competition (Kauffman Tire/Newnan) several years ago that included “free flat repair”. After noticing a small nail or piece of metal embedded into one of my tires, I stopped by Kauffman for the “free” repair. The technician looked at the tire while it was still on the vehicle in the parking lot and declared that the tire was “unrepairable”. Since the tires I originally purchased had been discontinued by GoodYear, he was quick to print an estimate for a new set of 4 tires – at nearly $700. I took the vehicle to Discount Tire/Peachtree City and they determined that the puncture was easily repairable. They fixed it and I was on my way. Needless to say, I know where I’ll be buying tires in the future.

I wish I could rate this business higher. I bought in a Lexus IS300 with badly worn front tires, and all of my tires had suffered significant structural damage as a result of encounters with pot holes on I-285 and on the surface streets in Atlanta. The staff, and in particular Brenden (Im not sure if Im spelling that correctly) went above and beyond their role as mere managers and members of sales team, and went out of their way to ensure I wasnt commuting sixty miles a day on a rear tire that was likely to explosively deflate out at any moment. Not only that, but they made sure I was able to get the specific tires I wanted at a price I could afford; and they had my tires mounted and balanced in a very short time. I have already referred the entirety of my rather large family to their business, and fully intend on recommending their services to every single gear head I know in the drifting/tuner community.

Horrible experience. I had to special order tires for my truck which was no problem. I asked to schedule an appt on Saturday to get the tires installed. I get a confirmation call Friday morning to confirm the tires were in. The guy actually encouraged me to come in before they close today (Friday). The guy says just get here before 6 and we will put them on. Rush hour being so terrible I call them at 5:45 and tell them I cant make it by 6 but Im almost there. The rep said" if your a few minutes late thats no problem " I get there at 6:09 and the place is shutting down. The guy at the desk puts the phone to his ear and acts like hes busy then shuts off the lights like I wouldnt be able to see him. I walk around to an open garage door and another guy says the "computer is down and cant come back up". Terrible customer service. Big talk no action. Failed to follow through on promises.
