Stay away from The Cheating HAIR ACAMEBY II. The senior staff lie, shake when asked to tell truth, keep in mind there was a signed document with staffs signature and date, she still lied. Agreed yes it was her writing but not sure she signed a hair ACAMEBY slip but she did member me the customer. Long I paid for several services the trainee hair stylist was way over whelmed. F up my hair instructor color over, then same stylist could not blow dry nor curl my hair. Shops closing so now what instructor have a senior take over. Now to late to issue cash refund she already had student cash out. I was given a hair ACAMEBY slip signed by instructor for the amount of cash due back to me would be honored my next visit. Well u know by now that did not happen. Second line supervisor joins in and is willing to settle situation my allowing half of refund. Never will return. Tell not professional

At night the painted lines on the parking lot is faint. I park my vehicle with the excitement of 4 girls and just less than an hour and a half for shopping. I go in Burlingtons, 15-25 minutes. Spending over $150.00 buying dresses for Father Daughter Day with Great Nieces ages 8 & 9. I take 2 others with us. I come out and my car has been towed. I wait over an hour for an attendant as I walk the entire mall looking for Security on prosthetic leg. Towing company arrives. I must pay $350.00 in cash to get my car back. I explained that I was distracted to notice handicap markings but I do have a placard. I was forced to pay. My lights goes out the next day of my home.

One of the only real "malls" left and I say that because its all indoor, continuous stores. But the selection of stores sucks! Alot of no name random stores and a footlocker,finish line and Burlington. I mean i know the outlets @ the harbour are close by but that neighborhood and people would like regular stores as well! Even the Burlington had limited clothing or atleast pajamas (needed them for my daughters trip). @ least the Forman Mills has a good selection and even though the line was long, the cashiers are fast and nice.

I was at Iverson mall Friday, February 19, 2016. I drove onto the parking lot behind the mall, which I ripped my tire apart and damaged my rim. Management is telling me to go through my insurance company for less than $200 bucks. I really dont know why they havent fixed all those holes, but I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting PG County department. I know understand why folks dont really go and spend a lot of money in that mall. The Management Sucks.

I didnt see a lot that would make me want to go out of my way to shop here. Last weekend was my first time there on ten years and I live in the area. This place has potential but somehow it has become a depressing little place. Ill pray for Iverson, it use to be an okay place to shop along with the adjacent shopping centers, the shoppers had options back then. Iverson seems to be going the same route as Landover Mall.

If they are going to remodel then Hurry up! Ppl in the neighborhood deserve better than that eye soar in the middle of one of the main streets. The store options are on repeat. Its the same options different name. Its more like street vendors. Its time yall its time!!! The mama Lucia is the best for steak and cheese and you can find some one if kind accessories at one of those lady wear stores.

Iverson Mall is just so outdated! Renovations are "supposedly" in the works but, its over 30 yrs old and its just plain tired. Id rather go to another Mall than Iverson. It needs to be completely demolished and rebuilt. Ill do another review after its been completed. Food Court- Dirty. Parking Garage smells like a Liquor Store, there are some pros but the cons outweigh them.

I was surprised I found a wardrobe for under $300 and they were actually brand named attire Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole.. etc Dont get me started on the snickerdoodles. I know the mall doesnt welcome the most pleasant customers, but its actually a good mall. The only bad part is the parking areas.. Its completely filled with major potholes and I mean HUGE!

These current stores are low quality options. The stores need to be more high end to represent the income brackets in the neighborhood. Fixing this mall would increase my home value which I am hoping for. Why cant the shops be equal to or better than Bowie or the shopping in Montgomery County --time for a change now!

The staff was friendly enough. They could really benefit from more parking but what can you do. This is a HUGE superstore with lots of clothing for everyone in your family. All sizes. The restrooms do need an upgrade. Broken locks on the stalls. Overall wnjoyed my experience here and will be coming back.

I clutch my purse when going here. Be mindful to lock car doors and keep personal belongings hidden if leaving them in your car while shopping. This is not a stereotype, this is a fact! They have the best cookies so stop by the cookie shop. Great place to buy shoes especially for men.

Never again. We came from out of town and the parking was the most crazy thing I have every seen. Not a good idea to have a buffet popular place next to a popular clothing place at all. Seemed like cars was on top of cars. We didnt like the set up so we left 2 hours to our own store.

Beware "high crime location" . They will rob you, car jack you, break into your car while your shopping, illegal towing. Not many stores outside the usual sneaker, rainbow, kids for less stores. Good pizza place, and cookie store. Huge Burlington coat factory.

When visiting this mall, you should already know what your looking for and what store you want to visit. This is not what your existing in a meal. However, some of the stores have nice things to offer. This mall is being renovated soon, thats a plus!

LAKIA ROBINSON

Public transportation accessible mall with good eatery selections, book stores, retail clothing venues, jewelry vendors, nice barber shop/ hair salon, 2 great security Companies patrol mall. Caters to all ages and sizes

Have not been to Iverson mall in quite awhile and I see why......if you are not shopping, please go home, I felt like u was going to be robbed. Hopefully after they remodel, things will change, especially the security.

Not sure of what this mall offer BUT if youre in search of a great place of worship and fellowship TRY Community of Hope on the lower level- and IF thats not enough, go upstairs and get you some cookies!!!!

The staff is very accommodating when it comes to working around your schedule to get you an appointment, not to mention, everyone in that office is very respectful and have always been very nice to me!!!!
