Terrible place. Bought couches and a coffee table worth over $3000. When buying the couch there were pillows on it. I specifically asked if the pillows are included, the sales rep said yes. On all of the sectionals that have pillows with no tags on them are included. Comes time for delivery, no pillows. I called The store letting them know I did not receive the pillows. The same sales person said you can come get the ones of the floor, or we can order new ones for you but it will take few days for them to come in. I said I prefer to order new ones. He said ok I ordered them. Fast forward 3 weeks I call the store again asking where are my pillows the sales rep said there are no pillows in your order. I call the rep that sold us the couch and he said to me that sectional does not come with pillows, I need to approve it with my manager and he has to order them with corporate. I said I thought this was done 3 weeks ago when I spoke with you. He than states oh sorry I thought you were another costumer. Well its now 6 weeks since I bought the furniture and I have no pillows and I been calling to speak to the manager he is never in. There was a manager in training who had me waist my time sending him an email with pics and promised he would have the manager call me back. No call back. As it looks like I am not the only costumer who has been lied to by the rep you would think they would try to at least cal you and apologize. To make things worse the coffee table which was $500 is broken. Good luck getting that fixed. I urge all of the people who had terrible experience with this store to contact the better business bureau as they are on there. Also spread the word with social media, there is no reason with the prices like theirs costumers should be lied to and ignored.

I worked with Alan at the willow grove store. I had had bad experiences at other furniture stores with the salesmen telling me they would not stalk me and that was exactly what they did. Alan let me peruse on my own and was available to share details without being overbearing and answer questions knowledgeably. I purchased a couch and was so pleased with my overall buying experience. Alan made it very easy which allowed me to remain excited about buying my first piece of furniture. The delivery was challenging as they have select days and instead of thinking ahead of oh perfect when it is in for delivery, Ill just pick this day. Well the truck may be full and so you either will have to cancel previously set plans in your life or wait weeks for delivery. My furniture was delivered in a timely manner but the delivery men hardly gave me a chance to inspect my couch to make sure it was to my satisfaction before signing off. There was a black mark on one of my cushions and the delivery men suggested I just wipe it off with water. I just paid $1500 for a brand new couch. It should be delivered to me without marks and it should be replaced if it does. I should not feel like I am inconveniencing the delivery men because they want to leave and finish their deliveries. I did not know how to go about getting it replaced under a delivery incidence so I just wiped it with water... still frustrating.

I am giving a 2 rating simply because Ashley Furniture did come back to my house and pick up one of two dressers, soon after purchase. The reason is once the delivery guys left. When I tried to open one of the drawers to put close in it, it wouldnt open and the ones that did kept popping out screws. I called the salesman and he had no problem replacing it. HOWEVER, I also purchased a reclinable sofa and love seat which became VERY UNCOMFORTABLE only after 3 months. I finally call the Willow Grove store to complain and they had me contact the manufacturer, who after requesting photos of the furniture sent someone out to inspect the furniture after 6-7 weeks of waiting. And then another 2 weeks later they call to tell me the inspection guy couldnt find nothing wrong. It hasnt even been a year and we hurt after sitting on this furniture. Although, I spent $2,600 for 5 pieces of merchandise, I should have known that there so called most popular pieces of furniture were cheaply made. I think I will be reporting to BBB.

Quite possibly the biggest disparity between cost and quality of any furniture brand ever! Slightly over a year and just past our warranty expiration, our sleeper sofa has broken its supporting brackets which is made of lightweight cheap wood and now the sofa bed just sits on the floor. Customer service has been of zero help with matching quantity of sympathy because we didnt buy the extended warranty. We spent almost $3000 for a living room set and will have to chalk it up as a lesson learned to not buy anyting Ashley again! As an active duty military family, when we move in another 15 months due to change of station orders, it looks like we will have to throw away a nearly $1,000 sofa sleeper. Thanks for the lifelong lesson Ashley Furniture and way to train your "customer service" reps. I also may mention we have never even utilized the sleeper portion of this sofa and my wife and I both weigh under 160 lbs... NO REASON WHATSOEVER A SOFA SHOULD FALL APART IN 18 MONTHS! I bet IKEA furniture lasts longer.

So I went in here to get a bookcase with my grandmother. We were directed to the back by a nice gentalment he wasnt a sales person but still extreamly nice and Pleasant. Once we found what we wanted, we went to find someone to help us. The same guy helped us find someone .We found him siting on the sofa, the sales guy first tell me that I caught "him at a bad time" and the he had "just got off his feet from a 8 hr shift" I was completely turned of at this point. Going to find my grandmother since the sales guy was supposed to be helping her but I found her fooling with a application by herself at this point I told her it was time to go. I was willing to pay 300 for a crappy bookcase, he couldnt take the time to help her fill out a application. I was totally disgusted by this guy. Thankfully the nice gentalment who helped the first time was at the door and we told him we were leaving. Totally disgusted by this place Id give it one star but the gentalment who helped us didnt deserve that.

Awful. Ordered a sofa and love seat combo on a Friday a few weeks back, was supposed to receive a phone call the following Monday Tuesday at the latest. Didnt receive the call called on Friday, they said my sales representative wasnt in but all they were waiting for was to schedule a delivery date. Scheduled delivery date and still needed to speak with my sales rep so they said theyd have him call me. Received the one couch got a call saying the other one was damaged theyd have to reorder. The following Thursday I call again after not hearing anything back no call. They say there records show there was no issue I should have received both couches. Not the case so they say they will call me back same day. Two days later nothing so I call and the lady says srry that was me that was supposed to call,I dont even have an excuse Im srry ill relook into it. So after 4 weeks from ordering Im having so many issues and still have received my love seat.
