Staff are friendly and readily available. This is my favorite store!!! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had posters or wall hangings of how they use the items the way its displayed in catalogs. I often forget what they look like and I do go t the store with the intent to purchase items that I have seen in the catalog or online site.

Great colorful products. Excellent service. Diane was very very helpful. Highly recommended when it comes to ordering furniture that wasnt in stock on the day. they organized it all from other stores and everything came together nicely. Always love their xmas decs too. Happy shopping at Pier 1! GB

Staff is welcoming. The store has a lot of great odds and ends, but its all very expensive. TJ maxx across the street has similar decor (albeit a smaller selection) at a lower price.
