Purchased a river oaks queen size mattress on 2-20-17...mattress was delivered the da y it was promised ...Unfortunately it has been downhill ever since. .I have not experienced a good night sleep since I purchased this mattress. ..the mattress seems to sag in the middle even though I was led to believe it was firm. ..I am not happy at all with this mattress and would caution anyone who is considering purchasing this particular mattress; especially anyone who previously has been through back surgery like I have. I also purchased one of their expensive pillows, which I was advised would help in the whole sleeping experience; this has not made any difference ...I caution anybody looking for a new mattress to take your time and shop around before you make a decision; especially anybody with any type of back issues. Worst experience I ever had.Never go there again bought a matteres with ajustable frame pick out both in store when they were delivered they both were not the ones I picked out the mattress looked like someone slept on it went in to talk with the salesman and tried to explain to him what my problem was he acted like he didnt want to here anything and right away said Im not going to argue and I told him Im not here to argue just get what I paid for. He looked at me and continued to insest I was they to argue so I told him give me what I paid for and I left. After about a week and a half the finally got it right.

District Manager Chris and Salesman Ray were amazing! My husband and I were "scanned" to see what type of bed would suit us the best. After the scan we were showed a large selection of beds they recommended from the scan results. After many test lays (haha) we found the perfect mattress! They worked out a FANTASTIC deal for us and we left feeling very confident about our purchase. We were never pushed to buy anything or pressured into anything extra beyond what we wanted. I didnt even think I needed a new mattress but a friend told me it would be worth it. So I went in and I have been so happy since. I wake up now pain free! it is truly amazing how different I feel. The salesman was great knew exactly what I needed!! I am so thankful I stopped in and got a matress.
