From the beginning, the staff at the Lancaster LVI were very helpful and informative. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I believe LVI gets a bad rap for being high volume and not being as personal as other Lasik competitors. Sure you might not get 1 on 1 with the doctor but the cost is less than half of others for the same quality. Instead of doing surgeries on a daily basis like many private owned companies, LVI does their surgeries twice a week, so theres a lot of patients in and out on surgery day. However, everyone is treated with a high level of professionalism and not neglected because of the high volume. I had mine done at 1 oclock and 5-6 hours later was feeling very little discomfort. By the next morning, my vision was 100% back with no discomfort and my post op appointment showed i had 20/15 vision. Very happy and would definitely do it over again and recommend to my friends and family.

Like most I was extremely nervous of getting this procedure done. However, it was something I felt I needed to improve my life. I went and had a free consultation with LVI and I found myself having a great time although I was at a doctors office. The staff was friendly, funny and genuinely cared about my concerns. I went two days later to get the surgery and again I was treated wonderfully. I was prepped for the surgery and told not to worry that I was going to be ok :) I met the surgical doctor and he was very nice and assured me the procedure was easy and explained to me what was going to happen. Few minutes later I was in and out. I would recommend this location to anyone really nervous looking for great customer service.

This was such an amazing experience. Everyone here is so kind and professional and they all really love what theyre selling. Getting Lasik is possibly the best decision I ever made, waking up and being able to see is just so amazing. I had to dock a star because they did forget to numb my eyes before I went in for surgery which made it really uncomfortable initially but they do add more throughout the surgery so it was rectified within a minute. Honestly even with that mistake I dont think Id have gone anywhere else. They did a great job and I love being able to see.

Words cannot describe the freedom and flexibility I have with my new vision after LASIK. Thank you, Dr. Tyler Reppert and his amazing staff, for greatly improving my quality of life! One day post-op and my vision is 20/15! The entire staff was extremely helpful and took their time answering all of my questions. Professional. Friendly. Clean. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is anxious about having the Lasik procedure.
