BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE RIPPED ME OFF THEY CHARGED ME 23,000 DOLLARS FOR A 2006 BUICK LUCERNE. THEN THE FINANCE CO. JDBYRIDER FINANCE/dba CNAC LLC. THEY (ASHLEY) AND TWO OTHERS BECAME HOSTILE AND CONFRONTATIONAL OVER THE PHONE. WHEN LESS THAN A MONTH I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. THIS PLACE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT HELP REBUILD YOUR CREDIT. THEY WILL MAKE IT WORSE THEN IT EVER WAS. THEY TOLD ME TO SELL SOMETHING OUT OF MY HOUSE TO MAKE A DAMN 250.00 DOLLAR PAYMENT. THEY ASKED ME QUESTIONS LIKE HOW AM I PAYING MY RENT? HOW AM I EATING? BASICALLY LIKE, I NEED TO EAT CAT FOOD, AND LIVE IN THIS PIECE OF JUNK 2006 BUICK LUCERNE. PLEASE TRUST ME AND NOT THE LYING SALES PERSON "STONE" OR THE BRANCH MANAGER "MARK" OR THE SERVICE MANAGER "HEATHER" IM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE, TRIAL AND ERROR. GOD ONLY KNOWS I PRAY EVERYDAY SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME, SET OFF FIREWORKS IN MY HEAD, ANYTHING TO RUN ME THE HELL OFF THIS LOT. THE CAR WAS UNSAFE AND NEVER SHOULDVE LEFT THE LOT. I TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE THEY CLAIM THEY FIXED IT. WELL IN TWO WEEKS TIME IT STARTED DOING THE SAME CRAP. THEY WANTED ME TO BRING IT BACK IN FOR SO CALLED SERVICE. WHEN HELL THEY NEVER FIXED IT THE FIRST TIME. SO THAT WAS TWICE THEY LET THE CAR LEAVE THE LOT UNSAFE. NOW I CALLED THE FINANCE CO AND TOLD THEM AND THE BRANCH MANGER TO REPLACE THE CAR.THEY SAID NO. THEY WANTED TO REPAIR IT. THE CAR HAD A LEAKING GASKET, A LEAKING CORROSIVE FUEL LINE, SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE EXHAUST AND SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE WATER PUMP. I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE SERVICE MEN THAT THEIR WAS NO WAY THIS CAR WENT THREW THEIR POINT INSPECTION CAUSE ALL THESE PROBLEMS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MISSED. LET ME SAY HES THE ONLY HONEST GUY THERE. I TOOK THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE ON A THURSDAY. BY MONDAY I HAD THE CAR BACK. AND THEY WAS ORDERING PARTS ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON WHEN I WAS TOLD ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS. I HAD A FIT SURE DID. THEY GAVE ME THE CAR BACK ON MONDAY, DID I MENTION THE DAMN SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. LET ME ASK YOU THE PEOPLE DID THEY FIX THAT DAMN CAR?? I PURCHASED THE CAR 4/29/2016. AFTER MISSING ONE PAYMENT AND THE PROBLEMS STILL GOING ON WITH THE CAR THEY PICKED IT UP 6/17/2016. THANK YOU GOD... I BEGGED THEM EVER SINCE THEY DIDNT FIX IT ON THE FIRST SERVICE CATASTROPHE AND THEY WANTED ME TO BRING IT BACK IN FOR SERVICE, TO PICK THAT EXPENSIVE,OVER PRICED JUNK UP.. I WAS NOT, I REFUSED TO DRIVE IT AND PUT MY LOVED ONES IN IT. LISTEN TO THIS, NOT ONLY WILL THEY FRAUD YOU THE CONSUMER. BUT THEY ARE FRAUDULENT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. CAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WHILE YOUR DRIVING THEIR UNSAFE VEHICLES. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO OWN UP TO LETTING YOU DRIVE THAT UNSAFE GARBAGE OFF THE LOT. THEY ARE GOING TO WANT YOUR INSURANCE TO COVER IT. AND LAST BUT NOT LEASE THEY CHARGED ME A WHOPPING 23,000 DOLLAR. BUT THEY REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ONLY 13,000 DOLLARS.. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD.AND ID RATHER SPEND 13,000 IN ATTORNEY AND COURT FEES PROVING IT. BE SAFE, STAY AWAY, PASS IT ON. IM A 53 YR. OLD BLACK WOMAN WITH A FAIRLY DECENT JOB . AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY ON THIS GARBAGE TILL IM OVER 60 YRS.OLD. YOU WILL BE BETTER WALKING LIKE JESUS DID OR CATCHING A BUS. RUN, GET A BIKE. JUST RIDE BY JD....

I heard this place on Facebook and my Daughter need a better car , so we went to check it out . When we got there the staff we met was very friendly. Our salesman Stone Higginbotham was very nice and done a great job waiting on us , But he was covered up , he was trying to take care of 4 different people at the same time, more salesmen are needed , thats why I only put 3 stars , the process is very long but would have been better if stone wouldnt have to go back and forth as the process went along with each customer . Ive brought several cars over the years at buy here pay here and Ive have good success with our cars and every place is different how they do things . JD Byrider is very professional how they do things and they do give you peace of mind that you are getting a wonderful vehicle . I would definitely recommend going here for a car if you have had trouble getting a car in the past they only thing I would do differently is do the pre authorization before going so you are approved before going getting there . The staff was true with there word and keep everything open and honest . The only thing I would recommend for JD Byrider have more sale mens available !!!

Its decent. Never had any problems. As long as you stay current on your payments you should be okay. The deferred payment are high but if u can get through those first 2 months you should be able to do it all. Also when u get a car from them they give u a coupon to use at any jiffy lube to get an oil change for $5 And it doesnt expire until after your lease is paid off so that your encouraged to get your oil changes done. The service department is pretty good as well. Im no longer in warranty anymore but they fixed my whole front end suspension struts, shocks, tire rods ends, and both sway bar links, with wheel alignment time up and oil change all for $680. Which was a good deal honestly. But overall Im giving them a 4 because its not perfect the payments could be a little cheaper and if you are late or not even late say you payment is due on Friday well they start calling u around noon on Friday to remind you of your payment...

Let me start by saying this place is a JOKE. DONT BUY THE BULLSHIT. THESE PPL TELL YOU HAVE $500 OR LESS DOWN BUT WILL HAVE YOU PAY A DEFERMENT FOR THREE MONTHS FOR A LARGE DOWNPAYMENT. WELL MAKE LONG STORY SHORT. Paid this company for over a year, the car was hit they handled the whole situation poorly. No information from insurance company, been calling emailing NOTHING. BUT THEY SEND A TOW TRUCK TO TAKE TO SALVAGE YARD. STILL NO INFORMATION. BUT STILL BUGGING US FOR PAYMENT ON A CAR THATS TOTALED. HA. THEN THEY WANT YOU TO DO A ROLLOVER PROGRAM, WHICH IS GREAT BUT WAIT ITS ANOTHER $2500.00 DOWN. WELL IF YOUR ROLLING STUFF OVER ROLL OVER THE $1975 WE PUT DOWN. THIS CLOWN CAR COMPANY is a JOKE. DONT DO IT. You will pay $20,000 for a car thats 3500.00. Dont do it. The fix it warranty is also a Joke... DONT DO IT.

Stone is amazing... He was very helpful in this buying process. He made sure I understood everything before signing on the line. He personalized this experience and completely took care of me to get me in my car. John in the finance department also went above and beyond to make this happen. Satoya was straight to the point and made sure I understood the procedures before signing anything. As a whole I had a awesome experienceand I love my car. They have me a chance and took a chance on me in good faith. They all worked with me and I had a great time talking to Stone, we had a lot in common and I felt like Ive been knowing him for a long time. Thank you Stone! I appreciate all the efforts you all put in for me.
