After being on a waiting list for over a year for a steel ceramic Daytona at this store (and finally reaching second on the list), they decided to distribute them to people who have been buying from them for awhile instead of honoring the order of the waiting list, totally leaving me in the lurch. If they had been up front about this in the beginning and didnt arbitrarily decide to change their business practices after I had already waited a year, I could have put myself on other waiting lists. Very bad business.
