My mom was very upset because the owner promised her that he would give her a good price for her 2 carat diamond ring and he kept it for six months. Every time she called he gave her a different excuse and finally he gave her a third of what he said he would get her. Very sweet but definitely not genuine. My mom was really very upset. She trusted him so much because I remember her telling me that he Joseph was so honest. Im sorry to say that it was a very upsetting experience for my mom. I would definitely get a second opinion before purchasing there. Especially if its going to be something special.
