their service sucks. I dont even wanna call this service. They yelled at me as soon as I asked them if there is anything they can do for my situation. Im doing lease and after 1 YEAR, engine got broken and I tried to fix it but they told me to come after 7 days. I gently asked if there is anything they can do for me because Im paying lease for that 7 days without car. They even lied that manager is not in the office. one was saying manager is in office, another said he is not. I CALLED them 10 times and they hung up on me or put me on hold like forever. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. they might treat you nicely when you buy car but then they change their attitude when it comes to service. I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EVER COME HERC FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

El peor dealer de New York, hay muchas y mejores opciones, supuestamente te brindan el mejor crédito que resulta siendo el interes mas alto. Te venden una garantia que cuando tienes la necesidad de usarla resulta que no cubre nada. Es penoso, buenas marcas en manos de gente muy poco profesional.

I finally found the car i was looking for after 4 months of searching at Nemet . But looking for the car wasnt the biggest hurdle. Ive visited a few places that had the same car and let me tell you it was a total nightmare dealing with these other dealerships. But Nemets pre owned dept was so pleasant to deal with. Joey helped me with every step and made it very easy to buy my new car. And they gave a lifetime warranty for the life of my car. Thanks for making this a great experience for me. So if your looking for a pre owned car go see joey down at Nemet pre owned for the best deal!!!!!!

The worst experience ever! Staff was extremely unprofessional, had my car for three weeks and the car still wasnt fixed, plus, they damaged my car... There were scratches all over my bumper and rims! They finally fixed the damages after I raised my voice and causedi a scene! But initial repair still hadnt been fixed! Never go here! If I had the option of not giving a star, I wouldnt, but it wouldnt allow me to! Its worth driving further away to potentially get better service... Do your research...

If you are buying a car with less than 10% of the down payment, do not come here, they will want to get the bank they choose for you with such a high interest rate and you are stuck with that. All they want to do is sell you a car no matter how much work is needed in the car and the service is horrible, have to wait two weeks to check out the newly bought car.

They just want to sell you a car at very high interest rates. If you look up the epitome of a used car dealer and all the negatively it implies, just look up Nemet Motors. Shameful. Does anyone have a conscience anymore?? I guess it is all about making a buck. quite sad actually.

DROVE THE CAR ALMOST 500 MILES AFTER IT WAS PAID FOR. Offered to clean up the sides of some small scratches and fix the paint. Proceeded to drive the car almost 500 miles, and then leave DEEP scratches in the bumper!!! Dont ever go!
