On the afternoon of August 14th, when the “service engine” light of my 2012 XC60 went on, I called Mount Kisco Volvo. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Bill Martinelli, who has been most helpful to us in the past, and who told me something that I already knew: the service department was so swamped that it was very unlikely that anything could be done to address the situation before my scheduled appointment, unless I wanted to leave the car with them indefinitely. However, Bill said that if I could bring the car to Mount Kisco within the hour, Bill could diagnose the difficulty, and determine for me if the situation constituted a serious, or even a dangerous situation. I made it to Mount Kisco within the hour. In less than an hour after my arrival, Bill had done precisely what he offered to do. As of today, I am happy to report that Bill was correct on all counts. More importantly, Bill went out of his way to help me, and helped me as much as anyone possibly could in the situation. I realize as I write this that this was not the first time that this particular gentleman went out of his way to help me, and helped me a great deal. Furthermore, Bill’s level of courtesy and skill is indicative of our experience with everyone at Mount Kisco Volvo. I should have shared this information with you long ago

Well this dealership has gone all the way for me with parts on base 98 S70 to difficult check engine light computer monitor issues I work on myself. Suzanne Graziola in service acknowledged the difficulty with trying to reset monitors but took the effort to consult her top mechanic and they took my car in on the spot passed the inspection and washed and vacuumed all for the standard inspection fee. I had a 24 hour window to get this through inspection for the ticket I had just got, it has been a great car and I knew it has been worth fixing correctly and I knew I was just about there!!! I witnessed how they helped several other customers with older Volvos which just keep ticking!!!! So positive relationship is well on confirmed!! Im very, very happy!!!! I know cars and this will be hard to replace for some time along with my 2001 Subaru VDC wagon!!!! This I will put miles on, VDC tow and get out of the deep snow stuff when FWD and traction control are no match for VDC 4 wheel traction and skid control, none better, none, sorry Chevy K20 got one of you too and I will out tug of war ya...!!!!

I leased my vehicle from Mt. Kisco Volvo in September 2015 and that experience/process was very timely and positive. However, in October 2016 I contacted the Mt. Kisco service department with questions/concerns about warning lights appearing on the dash, as well as moisture INSIDE the cabin. The representative would not give me an appointment until late December, and told me the warning light was nothing to be concerned about and it is very common for the light to appear in cold weather. Well, a light appeared that told me to "turn engine off" and now my vehicle has been towed to a destination I did not agree to when speaking to Roadside Assistance and Im unable to reach a live person during the weekend. Volvo should know breaking down is never convenient, so assistance should be available even on the weekends. Im not sure how this saga is going to play out, but needed to share thus far, the Roadside Assistance has been a truly negative experience! This experience will certainly influence my decision on what make vehicle to purchase/lease next... Acura, I think!

Since January 2000, I have been a loyal Volvo owner, correction, a loyal Mt. Kisco Volvo service department customer. I am shocked to read of any negative review about the service department –and trust me it’s not as if my car has not had its share of problems. Since buying my first Volvo in 2000 and after buying my second in 2010 I willingly drive out of my way to have my car serviced and repaired at Mt. Kisco Volvo. I work within a mile of another Volvo dealership and live a few miles away from another dealership. I still drive to Mt. Kisco for routine service and all repairs. Be it damaged tires, oil changes, recommended serving I have found Mt. Kisco’s service to be professional and helpful and when necessary, go out of their way to accommodate my schedule and service needs. No complaints here.

Took my car in for a light bulb replacement and on my way over my check engine light came on. I asked if someone could check that while they were replacing the bulbs. Thankfully they were able to fix the problem, replace the light and since it wasnt a planned repair the service department was kind enough to drive me over to the local shopping center while I wait. Work was done within the exact time frame as quoted. I was able to tackle another errand while I waited for my car to be serviced. Staff is always friendly and know the meaning of customer service! Excellent service center where the customer is their main concern.

Ive been a loyal customer of MKV. Ive owned 2 sedans and now I have an XC90. They have always been top notch. The service reps are always curteous. My comments and concerns are regarding my very last visit. My last service visit left me a little disappointed. Ive never had to make several trips to solve a mechanical issue, nearly 4 weeks of going back and forth, with any vehicle. Im hoping this last service visit was an anomaly. I decided to return to MKV and give it another try after such a long history of nothing but goodness. It was just like old times. Excellent customer service!

I bought a preowned Volvo XC60 from Mt. Kisco Volvo and had a very good experience with all of the staff. From Tom the sales manager who got me a good price, to Rick the salesman who showed me the car to Chris the business manager who was so efficient with the paper work to Steven, the tech savvy salesman who paired my phone to the bluetooth and explained the other electronics. I drove two hours to get there and it was worth it. When I picked up the car it was detailed and filled with gas. I left there with a great car and a great feeling.

I recently took my Volvo S60 for a 60K service and was advised by Suzanne Graziolo, who was thorough, accurate and courteous. She gave me a slight discount because my wait was a little longer than anticipated. A few days later, I had to bring my car in because of a pre-existing leak. Suzanne took the car in the same day, arranged for a ride home and promptly called and emailed me later in the day to let me know that the leak (from the air conditioning system) was fixed. All in all, a very positive experience.

Doing the deal with them was fine- when I picked up my car- a 2016 Volvo XC90 that is when seems went wrong. They had not properly installed of the software and some of the features didnt work. Working with them to solve the issue they create was impossible. I even reached out to the Owner/GM and he never even took the time to respond. I did hear from the service manager but they did nothing to get this resolved. I ended up having to go to another Volvo dealership to clean up their mess.
