Cory is Awesome!! I had been searching and researching vehicles for quite some time when I came across B and B online. So glad that I did!! I called the 1800 number and was put in touch with Cory! Cory is very knowledgeable extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I explained to Cory my situation- which was that I live in New York approximately 2.5 hours away Cory quickly and effortlessly suggested that he had experience doing completely online business/ quotes that had in fact lead to actual sales. I thought- sounds great to me! Might as well give it a try, whats the worst that is going to happen? Waste some more time???? I inquired about trade ins- Cory asked if I could take some pics of my vehicle and email him them along with the VIN so he could provide me with the most accurate quote; given the circumstances. I complied. After several corresponding emails I received much useful information including information about extended factory warranties I learned that you can purchase a lifetime unlimited mileage warranty on new vehicles - I was super excited about that! Seeing as I plan on keeping my purchase for a sustainable amount of time . Also Cory quoted for 2 separate vehicles that I had inquired about Cory quoted each vehicle with and without the lifetime warranty that I was interested in. That was nice this allowed you see the meanial different it made in the payment. However I am sure it will more than pay for itself over time. After reviewing the quotes, I decided to go for it- take the journey, see if it was really real. So I emailed Cory with my ETA- Thankfully the weather was cooperating

My wife and I wanted to take a moment to share our very positive experience working with Tim Corcoran. We came upon B&B Dodge after an unsatisfactory experience with another dealership. Although that other dealership was offering us a great price on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, the salesperson was pushy, discourteous and did not follow up in a timely manner. When spending so much money, it didnt make sense to deal with someone so unhelpful and seemingly dishonest. My family has used B&B for generations for service, so we decided to see if we could get a fair price for our next car. We were connected with Tim, who really walked us through the process. Although the dealership could not compete with the price offered by the other dealership, the way Tim treated us made all the difference in closing the deal for us. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the vehicle, Tim was honest, patient, friendly, and prompt. He is a very likable man, and in the end we decided to purchase our Jeep through Tim because of his professional demeanor, even though we ended up paying full sticker price. Please know that Tim went above and beyond to work with us, and we wont hesitate to recommend him.

Thank you B&B Dodge! I bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan in March that unfortunately needed some warranty engine work. You tried lots of things that didnt work and then John took a vacation so we had to wait before anything could be fixed. When John got back and the part was in and you were gratious enough to give us a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee as a loaner vehicle becuase you werent sure how long it would take. Not only did this Jeep not have any working air conditioning, the ABS light was on, it overheated before I got to Waymart, not all the windows went down, it was missing a rear view mirror, and there were no modern child safety seat hooks. You knew all of this and saw me pick it up while I had my 5 month old child with me. I was really grateful that we had that loaner vehicle when my wife called tonight because she was at the gas station in Waymart with a smoking and overheating vehicle on her way home from Carbondale. Did I mention I picked up that Jeep with less than 1/4 tank of fuel?! I cant wait until the van needs service again becuase the customer service has been great thus far!

The owner, John, and every employee I dealt with are the only reason Im still sane after my ordeal with my 2012 Jeep! I just moved to the area and took my car to another place for an oil change. The next day my car had to be towed b/c the engine light went on and the car wasnt driving right. Oil was leaking out of the bottom. Not knowing where to take it to, I asked the tow truck driver for a suggestion. He recommended B and B Dodge in Honesdale, PA. Thank GOD he did! John and his crew thoroughly examined my car, repaired it and cleaned it immaculately, AFTER John spoke to the company who did my oil change to work out repair costs. Imagine he took care of this for a customer? Who does that anymore!!! He was patient, he understood the situation and was able to keep me sane. You see, my husband and I lost a Dodge Durango 4 years ago to a bad oil change so we were in a complete panic that something severe was wrong with this Jeep. I picked up my car today from B and B and the only thing I could do was give John a hug…twice! I have never given a mechanic a hug. That is how great this place is!

B&B Dodge (and now Jeep, too!) is one of those places I just LOVE doing business with. They consistently bend so far over backward for both my personal and company vehicles, I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else for any of the vehicle lines they carry. I always feel I get knowledgeable, factual answers to my questions, which I appreciate so much in a world where car-sales and auto-service people seem to value their commission over an honest answer anymore. Over the past two decades, theyve given us every reason to recommend them to all of friends and family and be totally comfortable knowing theyll receive the same great service weve become accustom to. And bonus points for their community involvement at B&B. ...as they say, "it takes a village," and Im so happy to be neighbors with such a great team of quality and service-oriented folks.

I took my Grand Cherokee to B&B several times for service and you wont find a more helpful and friendly service orientated business , they are fair and honest people to do business with. I purchased my Jeep elsewhere but my next Jeep will be purchased at B&B.

Terrible service. They are friendly up till they make the sale, and than wont do anything to help when you have problems with lemons they sell. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!
