Called about Lincoln Town Car. Spoke with "Bill" (I believe Bill was a website person not at the actual dealership, but this wasnt confirmed) I questioned why the images of the car on the website looked "photoshopped" as if they blurred out any body damage. "Bill" told me that he had so many cars that he would never have time to do that (on arriving at the dealership they had less than 50 cars on the lot). When we looked at the car, it was obvious the that photo was retouched. I was told over the phone that the car had minor body damage, but engine and transmission worked well. But that the brakes ABS light was on. The website for Bushkill claims that they do a full PA state inspection on all cars. Not true! Cars do not pass PA State inspections with brake warning lights on. Before I started the car I was met by "Bob" who was very quick to tell me that the car needs a "tune up" and thats all. RED FLAG! If the car needed a tune up, then tune it up before anyone looks at it. They have a shop and a mechanic on premises. I started the car and it barely ran. Engine was shaking a LOT (Lincoln engines do not shake, in fact you can barely hear them they run so smooth). "Bob" told me that the car is running great and that the gasoline smell was just from some belt dressing they had sprayed earlier. The belt had not been sprayed because it was dry. I noticed that the ABS light wasnt on, but the Engine Warning light was on. I test drove the car, but before I did, I got a disrespectful warning from Bob... "dont damage my car!" (Ive never heard that before from a dealer) During the test drive, the car was very sluggish. The car couldnt go into overdrive or third gear. I would never buy a car from people that obviously lie from the start. And in my opinion, thats what Bushkill Auto Sales did. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!

What can I say about bushkill auto? I had friendly service, but that was about it!!! I bought a 2007 Mercury mariner, September 30 2016 and it a complete POS!!!! I have had my car for about 6 months and in the last 6 months I have had both of my rear window motors go bad, they only replaced one and when I told them about the rear divers side motor going bad they wanted to charge me a 100$ deductible plus the cost of a new motor and I was still under my warranty. I have had to fix the back window hatch as well because the hinge on it broke and it leaks every time it rains or I wash it. I have also had to change my oil 3 months after I got the car because it was black, even though Tony the man who sold me the car insisted that it had been changed when the car was inspected, I informed him a week after I bought the car and he still insisted it was changed, my car burns oil so bad I have had to put 4 quarts of oil in it in the last month. I am so ashamed that I bought this car. I feel like I was completely scammed. I would NEVER reefer anyone to bushkill auto!!!

BOB truly is an amazing person to deal with, forget what all these other nay-sayers are posting, I came in with my Mom to browse the lot for a new vehicle... It was later in the day so we didnt have a lot of time to make a deal, or so I thought... It was Bobs birthday and he stayed late to make sure we got everything done, ON HIS BIRTHDAY! Anyway he got me into a beautiful new vehicle at a great price as my credit isnt the most savory, Bob found a way! It makes me sick that these other people actually post this garbage about Bob and his business because those are the people who have nothing better to do with their time than to bash someone elses hard work. Those are also the type of people who dont go to major dealerships because they know whatever kind of poison they try to spew will get them laughed off of the lot. In closing, Bob will do what it takes thats in his power to make sure you are happy and I will continue to reffer business his way as well as do business with him myself in the future. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BOB!

Im the Mom of an active Navy service member at 5 years going on 6, We were recommended here while my son home on leave from middle east. We came here and expecting to get a reliable vehicle. 6 mos. later he is told the vehicle was fed aStopleak a blockage material to prevent leakage from the coolant system . Less than 6 mos later recommendation to replace whole cooling sys. at 1500.00 and over, do not go here for an honest deal. they look out for the top dollar, no honor, to line their pockets. shame on them.

My Lincoln feels like the transmission is slipping. I paid almost 11000 bucks for this vehicle and he said to check the fluid. Ok. Where? CDM motors. Wow. Cool. Shouldnt you have checked that before I bought it?? And the roof cover wont close after the sun roof closes. Lets hope it doesnt leak. ☺ Or Im guna have to go there. I got an expensive pos Lincoln. Awesome.

I bought a car from them back In August of 2015. I have nothing but problems with it. Exhaust broke changed sensor after sensor with still no fix. The warranty Im paying for covers None of this. I dont think Ill be purchasing anything from them again

Cars sold there are not properly certified! Purchased three vehicles at that location, after eight months the Trucks frame broke in two places, the Jeeps Transmission conked out After one year, and the ball joint snapped off after ten months!
