I do not recommend giving them your business. I found them through a used car website and they happened to have the one car I wanted. I test drove it and everything seemed to be fine and in working order. I put money down and tried to negotiate the price with Jack, the owner, and he immediately shot me down which should have been the first red flag. But I really wanted that car, so I accepted. I came back a week later to trade my own car in put the rest of the money down. The owner then directed me to the used car dealer next door, Steel City Auto Sales, to do the paperwork, which seemed off. They were all super nice at first, but of course they would be since they wanted to take my money. First thing, they didnt fill the gas tank. Second, when I took it home and checked the oil, it was totally black. The air filter probably hadnt been changed for more than 50k miles. A week later, the inner fender liner caught up in the tire and shredded itself. It was obvious most of the plastic pieces to keep it in place were missing. Not long after, all the tires kept losing air consistently. I called them to see if they could help me, and they said they would get back to me in a few days, but never did. Then I was still waiting on my registration to come in the mail, which took a month and a half after they told me "five days at the most." I called the dealer multiple times and either never got an answer or some employee saying "We are having managerial shifts now, we will get back to you as soon as possible." I had to take the problem into my own hands and call the DMV, but they didnt even have anything on file for my vehicle. I ended up not being able to drive my car for two weeks so I didnt get a ticket for not having my vehicle registered. They did tell me they would pay for any tickets but I couldnt trust them at this point. After I finally got my registration, I had nothing but problems. Somewhere in the exhaust system there is a rattle, there is an oil leak, the power steering fluid leaks, the clutch kept burning, something seems to be wrong with the transmission, the list goes on. I once again tried to get a hold of Jack and he was extremely rude when I told him about these issues and said he "Cant go outside of the CARS warranty," which apparently doesnt cover anything. I have wasted so much money on this car I dont even want anymore. I hope they go out of business after what they put me through, and Im sure Im not the only one.

Can you possibly leave a lower rating? If so, consider it done here. I purchased a vehicle that was supposedly inspected and in good condition. The vehicle cost $5,500.00 and I had to finance it. I purchased a warranty on it to extend the coverage. Within the first 5 months I took it to the local dealership to be serviced and they found over $4,000.00 in repairs that needed to be done and the warranty was only going to cover $400.00 in repairs. When I contacted the dealer to ask how this could be if the vehicle was inspected they just responded tht the price was however to meet our needs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THEIR CARS ARE JUNK, BOUGHT FROM AUCTION AND NOT EVEN CLEANED LET ALONE INSPECTED FOR PROBLEMS. DON"T LET THEIR PROBLEMS BECOME YOUR PROBLEMS

Dont bother wasting your time or precious money here. The owner is a liar. I bought a car from them and within 3 weeks had a $1000 repair which they informed me they would help with because the CARS Warranty didnt cover it - shocking, they did NOT help. He tells me 4 weeks later he was "Waiting for you to get back to me" when the last conversation I had with him was that he would call ME. Did he think I sat without a car for 4 weeks? Also - the registration was done incorrectly and Ive been driving around with an expired plate because they did it wrong. When I called to tell them this he tried to argue the point and tell me my registration was good. Well, not according to the DMV who I had JUST called and they told me it was expired. What a bunch of crooks.

Absolutly terrible customer service! Very rude and not at all helpfull and they actually cursed at me over they phone... Real professional. After they made a mistake on the paperwork they would not correct it. I have spent hours now trying to fix the problem that they decided to ignore in hopes that it would just go away. My temp. tag has now expired and the issue is still not resolved. Not to mention a week after I purchased the vehicle I had to put $1,000. into it. The warrenty it comes with is as shady as they are. I would not recommend Bethlehem Auto Sales to anybody. I have heard this from many people in the area and I really wish I would have listened. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go someplace else!

Purchased a vehicle here and although I havent had mechanical problems as of yet. It took them over 2 weeks to fix the check engine light for inspection before I could drive the vehicle off the lot. I would have mind if they said this is going to take a week or two to fix. However, everyday I was told the car will be ready tomorrow, which was very aggravating. If the ask you if you want the C.A.R.S warranty opt out. The warranty is apparently easy to void and the company that runs the warranty has had several lawsuits against them and lost.

NEVER EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN! Stay away folks! I am still waiting on registration and wont be able to drive in a couple of days. They gave a lot of bogus excuses & when I checked with DMV...they tell me that there was no transactions on record. Now I have to take them to court! Plus...when I called the bank to report them...the bank stated that they had numerous complaints & that they are going to stop doing business with them!

My father and I have both bought cars here. They are used vehicles there will be small problems. Both of us have had no major issues. Excellent prices and were treated well after the sale, having our problems addressed.
