I am extremely impressed and pleased with Battaglia Auto. I drove my son to the dealer to look at a vehicle, and he had made an appointment. When we arrived the vehicle was ready...parked up front to the building and ready for a test drive. Joe met him and told him how to get out of the lot and take a test drive, and left him alone to drive the vehicle. Upon my sons return he made it clear he wanted to buy the vehicle. The only misfortune was that Battaglia did not have an agreement with our federal credit union, so my son had to return to the bank to get the check and we had to drive back to the dealership. My son purchased the vehicle at a reduced price for what it was listed for originally. Surprisingly, the vehicle was sold with a 3-month warranty or 4500 miles. All the other dealers I drove my son to could not match this warranty! Joe was not a high pressured salesman, but was very honest and had nothing to hide. Their cars on the lot appeared to be in tip-top shape. My son is very pleased with his purchase, and I will definitely recommend Battaglia to those looking for a vehicle from an honest, reliable and friendly salesman. Excellent job Joe. I purchased a vehicle from Battaglia in January 2015, and within the first 2 months the transmission died. Battaglia did pay for the transmission to be rebuilt, but since then the car they sold me has cost me over $1,700 on other repairs in less than a year! Just met with the Battaglia mechanic this past in regards to my timing belt as I have recently hit the 120,000 mile mark and my mechanic inquired about it at my recent service. I called earlier in the week to see if they had any history of it being changed (the recommended time to have it changed is at 105,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first - both had passed at the time that I had purchased this car...). He checked it and told me that it hadnt been changed and it needs to be changed immediately (my car is now over 120,000 miles - more than 15,000 over the recommended limit!). So now I have to spend ANOTHER $700 to replace another part of my piece of shite car that Battaglia sold me even though this part shouldve been changed prior to me even purchasing it!! Thank you Battaglia for selling me a lemon.

I bought a Subaru Forester from this dealership and it has been a horrendous experience. Salesman Joe Natale assured me that this was a nice car and told me many times during the sales pitch about how the gaskets were replaced. I purchased the car and warranty. By the time I got home from the dealership burning oil was shooting out of the front grille. I brought it back since it was covered under warranty, but their garage supervisor Bob assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car, and told me to take a hike. Now Im the sorry, sad sack paying $3000 out of pocket for gaskets on this lemon that they sold me. Joes home screen on his computer, in his office, is a Corvette that he just bought from ripping off hard working people like me. He brags about how he never drives it, great job Joe!

I just had the MOST wonderful experience at Battaglia. Immaculately clean dealership with a good selection of top quality used cars. I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Ron and Joe went above and beyond what any other dealer I have ever previously worked with had done. We had a highly unusual circumstance occur with our purchase and they listened to us and then they didnt even bat an eye, they just did what it took to make us happy. Ron is a big, friendly guy and saw to it that we were treated with great respect and honesty. Joe was simply fantastic and walked us through everything line by line so we knew we were getting a super deal and we understood our purchase completely. I have never been more pleased with a vehicle purchase. I will be back!

My daughter bought a 2004 Subaru Forester here and we had a great experience. This was her first car she bought herself and these guys couldnt be nicer. We got a great deal and this is where its gets better. Two days after we took the car home and noticed the temp gauge moving into the red and the engine surged in park. We took the back to the dealer and to their credit, they checked it out twice and couldnt find the issue. A second set of eyes at a local auto repair shop did the trick. They found out the radiator was clogged and the O2 sensor was bad. And get this, Battaglia paid for all the repairs and diagnosis time. Two great businesses in Norristown! Ive had my 2007 Buick for almost 4 months and couldnt be more pleased: it has been "as new" in every aspect. Ron and his staff were impressively cordial and efficient. I drove several vehicles in pristine condition until I decided. Processing, including transfer of my insurance, was completely taken care of and his staff even arranged for drop-off of my rental car right down the street and picked me up. I wound up with a great, well-maintained, gently-driven car for a very good price, and, no car payments!! Im currently saving up for another one, so I dont rack up a lot of miles on my Buick. Thank you very much Battaglias & staff!

I just bought my first car (2010 Subaru Impreza) and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Danielle and Joe were incredibly helpful and friendly. They really helped make the whole process less stressful. Also, all of their cars are well taken care of and thoroughly looked over before being sold. Very bad service and dealership, treated us like garbage, especially that guy Joe, even deleted my last review. Most of these good reviews even seem fake. Dont bother with these idiots, tons of better dealerships near with better service, better prices, and better cars.

No pressure at all here. I went in with no credit or Co signer and a small down payment and they got me into the car I wanted. A year later and still not one problem with the car. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a used car.

Car needed 1000.00 in repairs 3 days after purchase for items that should have been fixed in a routine state inspection. These guys just slapped a sticker on it and never repaired anything. Quite shady.
