Extremely disappointed. I purchased my 2013 Ford F150 from this dealership from a great salesman, Tony. I was apprehensive to purchase a used vehicle, having only bought new in my past. I should have went with my instinct, because I ended up with a lemon. Only weeks after having the truck, my breaks were squeeking and I felt vibration/palpation when stepping on my breaks. I knew it wasnt driving right, so I brought it in to the dealership to get serviced. The gentleman I spoke with about the issue, was very rude and completely disregarded what I said. I left the truck there all day.... Only for them to say that he "test drove it and did not hear the squeek." Im pretty sure he didnt even take the time to look at my truck. Just a month or so later, I took it for an oil change elsewhere and was informed that my break pads were cracked in half, my rotars were shot, lug nuts missing, and all my fluid levels were low. I was told it would not even pass inspection in the condition it was in. I only had the vehicle for a total of 6 months! I brought it back to the dealership yet again, and they would not cut me a break, even after the disregaurded misdiagnosed service prior. $400 later, my breaks are still squeeking and i have yet to speak with a manager or anyone to discuss this issue. I had such poor service, I am completely dumbfounded. My fiance, mom and a few coworkers (I work for a very large network) were all looking to purchase a new vehicle, due to the poor customer service at chevy 21 in Bethlehem, I made sure to advice them to shop elsewhere.

These people sold us a 2001 GMC Denali, that had bad brake rotors, a dead battery, needs a new fuel pump, transmission slips, and not even the fluids were changed on it. Whats worse is they garaunteed the vehicle would be fully serviced at the time of delivery, i dont call that fully serviced. Of course all of these garauntees were done prior to us handing over our money and our Trade-in, once we did that, they chose to do nothing to the vehicle we got stuck with a lemon. We have attorneys working on it now, but in the meantime please beware of their shady sales tactics, and the vehicles they sell. We even brought the vehicle back twice to them, just to see if they would man-up and do what they promised, and of course they didnt, in fact they said the vehicle did not have any known issues. Of course it wouldnt, because they never actually checked the vehicle. Eventually, I took it to a couple of certified mechanics to give me the laundry list of items (that I mentioned above) of the defects found on the car. So were stuck with a lemon, we gave in our trade-in and Chevy 21 keeps scamming people in the Lehigh Valley. Want my opinion: DONT BY A CAR FROM CHEVY 21 !!

I purchased a few vehicles at Chevy21, including a 2010 Dodge Ram, 2013 Silverado 2500HD Z71, 2006 Corvette, and my parents 2013 Equinox, and this will be my last. I was very disappointed with the lack of detail to the tires for life program. I have a $50K truck and I still have to pay into it, but if I had a smaller car I wouldnt? They should stop the false advertisement and just say a credit for tires. Not to mention how much I have spent to get the credit, in mandatory oil changes and rotations!! I am also very disappointed with the issues never being resolved in the service department even though I ask multiple times, issues including the wear on the steering wheel and the metal flaking of my running boards. The metal on the running boards has been flaking since day one and I have a huge hole in my steering wheel. I guess the same is with all dealerships, as soon as the car is sold, no one cares.

Chevy 21, How happy I am with my purchase in September of my new Cruze 2012!!! It is an awesome car! I absolutely love the Onstar feature. It has saved me many times already from getting lost as I am good at that! Lol! The XM radio is fun too. I really love the gas I am saving since my last vehicle. Wow! What a difference. 40 miles per gallon. I especially want to thank the staff at Chevy 21. They were professional, helpful and quick to deliver new my car to me in one day!! It was nice getting complete instructions about everything, I felt so confident after. Great atmosphere and a true positive experience. I had to drive home to Florida the next day, and I want to tell you it was a joy. I feel so safe and secure in this vehicle. As you say "give a shout out" to yourselves this time! We bought a new 2013 Chevy Equinox from Chevy 21 one year ago. The vehicle has been problematic almost from the start. At best Chevy 21 put forth a halfhearted effort to resolve the issue. Despite my pleas for help, they have totally stopped communicating with me. Ultimately I was forced to file a Lemon Law Claim. I accept that a vehicle, any vehicle, can be a dud. What I do not, nor I will ever accept is how horrid the customer service is at Chevy 21. At the request of my lawyer I brought the vehicle to Faulkner Chevrolet-Cadillac for an evaluation. Though I am 100% turned off to GM, if you are going to purchase a Chevy, I would highly recommend Faulkner, and especially their Service Manager, Bob McGarry. They were polite, courteous, responsive and overall very helpful. If you are insistent on buying from Chevy 21, do so at your own risk and peril.

BUYER BEWARE! YOU MAY GET A LEMON! Got my 2011 Chevy Malibu in 2016. Complained several upon several times about my roof leaking when I would go through the car wash. The sales guy AJ kept brushing me off and telling me that I wasnt closing my sunroof completely. While living in PA my car was always under covered parking. I have since moved to CT in Dec 2016 and my car roof leaks every rainfall. I brought the car back to PA in April 2017 to have it looked at. Chevy 21 says they ran water in the tubing and didnt find any leaks......here I am end on May 2017 and have brought my car to another Chevy dealership and the whole entire floor is flooded along with wire and censor damage. Chevy 21 doesnt want to make right on the repairs and is sticking me with issue bc they say I waited to long for the issue to documented on paper.....my phone calls dont count.

I had some friends who needed a car. My friends were senior citizens and on a fixed income. They have never owned a "new" car and went without having one for almost two months because they were afraid and had no guidance. I wanted to help them and the first dealer I thought of was Chevy 21. It was close to their home and I had several friends who had purchased vehicles there, never hearing a derogatory word about them. Chevy 21 was able to find the perfect car for them, at an affordable price and with payments that they could afford. They have never been happier, and neither have I. Thank you Zach and the Chevy 21 Posse for helping me to help these lovely people in their car shopping adventure, from the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate you.
