I will absolutely NOT be returning here for anything!! I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from them last September and have had nothing but problems. I was told that a safety inspection had been performed prior to my purchase which I strongly believe was not the case. I do not plan to give any further business to A&T Chevrolet as I firmly believe I was sold a car that was unsafe for me to drive and had several issues covered up. My jeep is currently in the shop for a leaking rear axle seal. It was leaking quite badly, the backing plate was wet and it was also causing the parking brake to not hold properly. This is all because it has been leaking since I purchased it from this dealership, which I did not know. The mechanic informed me that a layer of paint had been placed over it to either try and remedy it or to hide it. But now it is costing me $900 as the left rear axle seal, bearing, retainer, and parking brake shoe need to be replaced. I do not know if the dealership is the one who painted over it, but it should have been found in any safety inspection. Again, when I first purchased the vehicle I was told that it had passed a safety inspection. I was a recently graduated college student and would not have purchased it without believing it was safe and would not cost me additional money for repairs after the initial purchase. However, when I returned to Maryland and took it to be inspected, it failed. I had to replace the ball joints, windshield wipers, and one of the valves on the tires, which cost me another $650 on top of what the car cost to purchase. The valve that was replaced on the tire was completely stripped and could have blown at any time, so I find it hard to believe the dealership did not see that during a safety inspection. I am lucky that it did not blow on my drive back to Maryland after the initial purchase. These issues would have been found in a safety inspection, if one was indeed performed. The price of the vehicle should have been lower and these repairs should not have come out of my pocket. I was also told by the manager who signed off on the sale that I would be receiving a refund check from the dealership because I had been charged too much for the Maryland taxes. I was told this on September 2nd, 2016 and have still not received this check in February of 2017. I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was 14 and this was supposed to finally be my dream car and because of this dealership it has put a severe damper on the excitement that should have brought me. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

We brought our 2007 Saturn outlook in for preventative maintenance and state inspection. As always, I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning, spoke to the service department about what I wanted done. Rich and Dave are wonderful to deal with, knowledgeable and helpful with everything from scheduling appointments, arranging shuttle transportation, and going over vehicle histories to see if any other service is needed. They are honest as well, telling me not only what needs to be done, but what does not. They communicate with the customer as well, calling within a reasonable time to let me know what is going to be done, and they give me an accurate estimate of what everything will cost. The shuttle gets me home, and returns to pick one of us when the work is completed. Ive never had to bring a vehicle back to have a repair redone, it is always right the first time. The bill is always ready and payment is a quick process. We started utilizing this dealership because I purchased this Saturn here. We continue to come back because we are treated right every time. I arrived unannounced without an appointment and asked to have my car serviced. Rich, in service, treated me very professionally, even though I interrupted him while he appeared to be ordering parts or speaking to another customer concerning parts, and without a single annoying look or nasty tone he managed to multi-task and accomplished both jobs. My car was taken in for the service I was there for, the work was performed in a timely manner (I only had an hour as I had another appointment that day in about 90 minutes and I still had to get there)and again I was treated extremely well! I have been an AT Customer for so many years and at times can be difficult I am sure. Rich ALWAYS treats me with respect, explains what I may not understand, including scheduling and is quite enjoyable to meet at A&T. I would not have my car serviced anywhere else!

I cannot say enough about the service provided by the sales team at A&T Chevrolet. This is my second time working with Brian Schaeffer to get a used car and I was not disappointed at all. Brian was very informative and patient with me. He answered all my questions honestly and was thorough in helping me realize what my best options were given what I needed. Once I decided which car I would go with, Brian took me through with great detail all the features of the vehicle. Al was also equally as friendly in helping me finance the vehicle I ended up going with. I feel that my price was extremely fair and the warranty and service perks were wonderful! This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and I will recommend A&T to anyone looking for vehicle.

I took my car in for warranty work. Dropped off on Wednesday night got a loaner car. They then call on Thursday saying mechanic broke a piece of trim to stay in loaner car till Friday when the part came in. Not a problem. They call Friday afternoon saying my car is done. I picked my car up and went home I get in the car this morning to go somewhere and realize that my trim is not put together properly. I can fit my finger in between which I shouldnt be able to. I call and he says can you bring it in next sat for us to look at. Really a week later! For something that might take 2 min. To fix. That is not how it was when i dropped it off and not how I should have received it back!!

Used internet to search inventory of all local dealerships. Called on two others before calling Brian. Although A & T had the truck for me, it was Brians hard work and speedy service that sealed the deal. He and his weeknight staff made me feel that I was a VIP. We came to agreement on the best price quickly and then he and the finance staff found the best way to get me driving home for the lowest monthly payment. He took the time to explain my financial options without me feeling unprepared. This purchase is one of the most stressful I have had to make this year and instead Brian made my decision a very easy one to make.
