DO NOT TRUST DISCOUNT TIRE!! Go to Burt Brothers!! I recently purchased 4 new tires for my 2011 Polaris Ranger. I told the sales associate that I would need a tire designed for heavy off road use and that I planned on using it for most of the summer. So, I went off of the sales associates recommendation for what tire would work the best for my type of use. I still had the factory tires from Polaris that had worked great for 5 years, "that I never had any problems with" but they needed to be replaced after so may years/miles. After less than 60 days of use with the new tires from Discount they WOULD NOT hold AIR! I had to keep filling the tires every day with air and had to make four tips off the mountain to fix the tires. After returning to the store the sales associate said their was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Once they got the sale they simply dont care to handle any future problems you may have. I took my ranger to Burt Brothers in Farminton, UT. They sold me better tires that is recommended for my ranger and so far have worked great! I hope this helps someone else save a headache, hassle, and MONEY!

"Buyer Beware" Bought tires from discount tire in Layton by Sams Club about 2 months ago. I noticed that I had a nail in the tire a couple days ago so I called to make sure they could repair it for free. I took it in to get repaired and they came out and told me that the nail had gone in at an angle and had hit the side wall. Given the fact that it was in the middle of the tire that wouldve had to be the longest nail in the world to hit the side wall. I paid the $35 to get a new tire put on because Im not one to sit there and complain in front of other customers. Im pretty sure the salesman thought he pulled a quick one on me. Im in retail myself and I get that they are trying to upsell to make money but dont lie to customers. I will be going to a different store from now on even if it cost money.

Worst service ever. I went in to get my tires rotated, but they sold me on getting new tires and told me it would take 45 minutes. I was the only one in the store. I went to Sams club and came back an hour later and they hadnt even STARTED on my vehicle!!!! The sales associate, Ryan, was extremely rude and insincerely "apologized" for the problem. He fumbled around his words and told me they could get it done in 15 minutes.... suddenly they had time to get it in? I was very frustrated that I had to wait again and that he was so rude about it. He acted like it was now my problem. Not impressed at all. I will be taking my vehicles somewhere where I can get the service I need and with the respect I need.

Although they did not have exactly the product I needed, they walked me through the process where to go and how to find it. They also reassured me that if I needed any assistance, I was welcome to call them with questions. Knowing very well that I probably would not be giving them any business that day, they were still very congenial and helped me feel confident about my tire-buying future! I can only imagine how my experience would have been had I been able to work with them further.

Dont bother with appointments, they dont mean a thing unless you are the first person when they open. They send reminders about service but have talked their way out of doing it both times I tried. Now I have a single damaged tire because they refused to rotate the first time when they could have seen abnormal wear beginning. Now they refuse the rotation due to the wear. Thanks for wasting my time again, it was the last time.

These guys are great! I went in to get tires not knowing much going in and they recommended some tires and told me about them. I wanted a tire that would last and work well for all seasons. They upgraded my tires to the better tire and charged me the same price giving me a deal that was set to start the next week! After that they got my car in and all four tires changed very quickly! Very impressed overall!

I manage a fleet of commercial vehicles. We recently started having the 881 W location service our fleet for all of our tire needs. We have never had better service and prices, I would recommend them to any individual or business. The crew is always friendly and professional. The new Manager is the best we have ever worked with. Great place! Unfortunately they did not have the tires I wanted in stock, but they found me an alternate tire at a similar price. Very professional and easy to deal with. They had me in and out with 4 new tires in 45 min from the time I first walked in! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone looking for a tire purchase or repair.

Always had good service here but this time it was just a bunch of teen age boys that thought they knew it all but didnt and I checked torque on the lug nuts after I got home and found several had not been torqued properly. Nothing against teens but there should have been more supervision for inexperienced employees.

Have bought every set of tires for my vehicles at this location. They have great service and I havent ever felt pressured or played by the employees. They are very willing to go the extra step to ensure a great customer experience. Their prices are also the best. I havent had them ever deny a request to price match.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE. I have going here forever and the level of service never ceases to amaze me. Theyre knowledgeable of the service, kind, and quick to acknowledge arriving customers. Im always happy here. They take a little bit to do the work, but its installing tires so thats unavoidable. Awesome job yall!!!

They initially messed up my tire order a little but I told them about the issue and they got me in right away and fixed the issue and also comped me with a new spare tire to replace my old one. The willingness to help me is what matters to me in the end so I had a good experience! Thank you guys.

I have always been extremely impressed with both Layton Discount Tire locations. Always very professional and helpful. I lost my lug nut key and couldnt change my flat tire. These guys got me in and out in less than an hour with four new tires and even threw in a lug key for free. Thanks guys!

Im rarely loyal to any single store but I make an exception for Discount Tire. They have great prices (check for deals around holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the like) and do a lot of things for free (flat repair, rotations, etc.). I buy all my tires at Discount.
