Used to take my Akita to Petsmart for grooming but after a bad experience came to Petco and was served much better. My Akita is over ten very hard to clean hates water and the dryer. Which is why i bring him in to be cleaned. Petsmart had a hard time cleaning him and then decided they were going to tell me when i could bring him in and who would clean him and were very rude about letting me know how big of a pain he was. Also turned me away my last time going there which is when they let me know much they disliked grooming him. I understood that which is why i always tip very well. But i was offended by them because my Akita is like my child dont tell me how much u cant stand grooming him. Theresa in the grooming department did a magnificent job and was very polite she even scheduled him his next appointment with her which Petsmart never did. So thats why i love Theresa and the grooming department at Petco because he is a very hard dog to clean.

Staff is always very accommodating! Im a senior citizen with numerous pets (large dog, cats, birds) and limited for medical reasons on what I can lift. Staff always greats me immediately and asks what I need on this visit. They take me to it, lift it into the cart for me, advise me of any new items they think may interest me and conclude by putting my purchases into my car.

Customer service has much to be desired. I just got done shopping there again. My opinion has changed. A gentleman by the name of Chad helped me so much today.He educated me on things about Petco. They are trained on food and animals. I am disabled so its hard to lift the food,so his help was greatly appreciated

The staff here is AMAZING! Theresa, Kristen and Rigo are super awesome with all of my questions, and whenever I take my fur - babies into grooming they are super friendly! Thank you Lynette for awesome service! And Felicia is more than a Dog Trainer, more like the Dog Wisperer!!

I love bringing my babys to this Petco. The employees are very nice. They only thing is that they dont carry some treats anymore that my four leg babys love. Hope they bring them back soon. I hate driving to pets mart . Its more driving .

Grooming is super friendly. Took my Pomeranian in, when he got out he had some long hairs that you can tell but not ALOT it was just some places, i cut them when I got home so no big deal, but for $80 I didnt think it was worth it.
